les lits superposĂ©s ont des matelas qui ne sont pas de qualitĂ©: vous sentez tous les ressorts.. il n’y a pas de drap housse ou housse de couette mais que des draps plats blancs type Hopital donc pas agrĂ©able du tout pour dormir. La literie de la grande chambre est lĂ©gĂšrement mieux. Il manque dans la grande chambre une multiprise (1 prise pour toute la piĂšce ) et une lampe de chevet. Le canapĂ© est composĂ© de 2 coussins pour l’assise et 2 coussins pour le dossier qui glissent dĂšs qu’on s’assoit dessus. la sdb est vraiment trĂšs petite environ 2 m2 maximum. Nous n’avons pas utilisĂ© le lavabo de la sdb , il est tellement petit 
 nous utilisions uniquement celui de la cuisine. À savoir aussi que l’appartement est au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage face a deux bars / boĂźte. Jusqu’à 1 h du matin en semaine et We les gens fument Ă  l’extĂ©rieur et c’est bruyant. Les ficelles pour ouvrir les volets mĂ©ritent d’ĂȘtre nettoyĂ©es. Quand on les utilise on a les doigts trĂšs collants aprĂšs

Primera vez en Barcelona. Una ciudad muy incantada, especialmente, tapas, zmburiñas, mojitos de la casa de Llletres cerca Barceloneta... los habitantes y naturalmente el museo de la historia de Catalona, la casa Batlló, la casa Milå, el parque Guëll, la Sagrada Familia, Monjuc con el teleferico, la playa. Una decepción alguíenes touristos con sus basuras que no respectan la hospitalidad de Batcelona. De hecho queremos volver.Muchas gracias.Y para el apartamento, solo un pequeño pb las escaleras

We loved this neighborhood! It's very walkable. We walked to lots of little plazas with restaurants, a wonderful market, Casa Vicens, shopping, etc. The apartment is air conditioned-you will need to empty a bucket on the balcony that collects condensation and there was a drip inside the apartment as well. The bars across the street were open a couple of nights during our stay, but noise was not a problem and we slept fine.

Great, practical stay

Nice spot in the middle of a great area. Host is communicative and had a seamless experience checking in. The place is not overly large, but is good for 1-3 who plan on being out all day and not in the apartment.

Wonderful Spot in Gracia

This was an amazing location and apartment. The hosts/ property manager were very accommodating and helpful. There is a bar below the master bedroom that has noise on the weekend, so be aware. Our stay was wonderful. We were a short walk to the metro, coffee, food, shopping, attractions and anything we could possibly need. I would absolutely stay in this location again.

The apartment is in a perfect location for exploring the town. The apartment was perfect for our week in Barcelona. Host had representative meet us in the apartment and explain everything. Gave great recommendations for places to eat. Would definitely stay again. If you are a light sleeper, please know there is a bar across the alley way, right under the bedroom window that has a large amount of traffic and celebration until 1:30/2:00 each morning.

Appartement trĂšs proche du centre ville

Appartement pratique proche du centre ville prĂšs du mĂ©tro et bien desservi. L’appartement est assez ancien mais reste trĂšs pratique pour quelques jours : une chambre et un coin « couchage » avec des lits superposĂ©s, une petite cuisine fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu’il faut et une petite salle de bains trĂšs pratique. À deux pas des maisons de gaudi et pas trĂšs loin des ramblas. Super accueil de Javier Ă  l’arrivĂ©e que je remercie pour sa convivialitĂ© et ses conseils.L’agence de location est trĂšs professionnelle et trĂšs sĂ©rieuse, tout Ă©tait super bien organisĂ©. Cette location nous a permis de passer un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour Ă  Barcelone.

Great location, cozy flat, helpful staff

The flat was easy to find and we were met by M, who helped us get in, oriented us to the amenities, and gave great recommendations for dinner and a grocery around the corner. We made our own breakfast in the flat. The refrigerator is small, but was plenty big enough for 2 for our needs. All the basic kitchen utensils were available. The bathroom is quite small by American standards, but includes a shower (hard to tell from listing) with plenty of hot water. We did not use the washing machine - so I’m not sure if it really has a drying function. The manual is in the flat. There are French doors that open from the bedroom and a large window that opens in the main living space. The flat over looks an alley with a small courtyard at one end and an intersection at the other. It is a very nice neighborhood - Gracia — and I recommend it. The Spanish are night owls and there are voices outside at night. There area couple small bars along the alley. The windows shut it out well enough for me to sleep, but if you are a light sleeper, you may play music or white noise. There is a bar/restaurant at the end of the alley, the hop on- hop off bus for touring is within walking distance. We ate at some fabulous restaurants close by - Nomo (sushi) and my husband’s favorite Restaurante Pau Claris 190. If I needed anything, even a recommendation for where to watch a Barca match, I messaged M and she was quick to reply. It is on the 3rd floor (second, by euro names), no elevator.

A week in Gracia

This apartment was a great location for my walking days, or for visiting farther neighborhoods using the Metro. The apartment is in a neighborhood of apartments with a gelato shop right on the corner. There are multiple bakeries and good shopping closeby. The main bedroom bed is so comfortable. It's nice to have the full kitchen. The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was a good value and made my visit to Barcelona so fun.

Fantastic Apartment

This was a great apartment for our stay in Barcelona. Great location! Easy to get to metro, easy to walk everywhere. One small bump at check out with a miscommunication at check in, but it was a small inconvenience compared to the amazing time we had here in this beautiful city.
