Unsere Lodge befindet sich in Privatbesitz und ist zu jeder Jahreszeit ideal für Familien und Freunde.

It’s wonderful place. Mainly owner is helpful and people on reception are very friendly. Location wise this resort is perfect everything is nearby beaches, shopping. This place has all facilities what we need for everyday’s lifestyle. Around resort has kids play area, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gym, restaurant…Had really great family vacation.

Lovely family break

A very comfortable, clean and easy house to rent in a great location for kids of all ages. Only thing I would suggest is installing a washing machine! Other than that it had everything needed.

Lovely easter break

We had a lovely stay at Oms place. The house is a great size, actually a lot bigger than we expected. Bedrooms spacious and the living area was ideal for 2 families. The house was lovely and clean and welcoming. Facilities on site are good, only missing a shop, nearest shop is a short drive away. Kids enjoyed the pool and the park, outside pool was not yet open but can imagine in summer would be a real winner. Thanks, would not hesitate to book again!

Great host with efficient communications & accommodating. Pleasant detached property, stayed here to visit Newquay and its attractions, for 5 nights as a combined family withs kids as 10 guests. All bedrooms are of good size with plenty of storage, though we found the beds a little too low especially for our OAP's. Kitchen was well equipment with operational manuals for the appliances. Rooms were relatively clean, odd cobwebs here and there, guessing cleaners missed a few places of debris on the floor and pet hairs on the sofa prior to arrival. Bathrooms were clean, though I think the place could do with a thorough clean, but maybe difficult due to the demand at peak season. The sofas could do with an overhaul or full cover change at every new guest. Parking can be an issue, specially when other guests can't park properly, potentially occupying 2 to 3 spaces. Could do with road markings for better management of parking.We didn't get to use any of the resort facilities other than kids playground, with the indoor swimming pool very popular & high in demand.

Amazing Host and lovely resort

We are a family of 10, age ranges from 2-15. We found the resort although really lovely, clean, some activities the kids can get involved in, it wasn’t busy enough for us. Our older children weren’t old enough to use the gym unsupervised so got bored quickly whilst on the resort. The outdoor pool and area is very clean and you can easily get a sunlounger it is just a pool though, not very big, no slides or extras. The indoor pool is lovely, we enjoyed using this. We did spend a lot of our time visiting the many beautiful beaches and we found we did have to go out every day to keep the children entertained. There is a launderette on site which was handy (and pricey!) the one restaurant is average and the takeaway cafe has in our opinion restrictive opening times for a peak season. There is a very small shop which doesn’t have many items but does a lovely Cornish pasty! The host and the holiday home is what really made the holiday for us. The house was spotless when we arrived, lovely bedding, super comfy beds and all the amenities you’d usually have at home. Even a dishwasher and tv in the main bedroom. Lots of space for our family. The host is super super helpful we called him a couple of times whilst there and he was on hand to answer our questions and help. He allowed us to check in early which was amazing. We’d definitely recommend staying at Om’s holiday house if you need a base to explore the surrounding areas and the resort although really nice just wasn’t for us.

Lovely holiday home and resort

Haven't stayed in a holiday resort before that have homes like home! Staff in the resort were all lovely and a great location to visit various places around Cornwall. This property was great and ideal for our family to all go away together. Communication with Om was detailed on what we needed to do to check in etc. Great location on the resort site and the property was lovely and clean. Only downside was we were greeted with ants when we arrived, can't really be helped this time of year and they were gone the next day after putting ant boxes down. Would recommend staying here and would book again if we decide to return to cornwall.

Had an amazing time with family. Property was absolutely lovely, spotless clean, spacious as well as very well equipped. Owner was very friendly and helpful and communications were quick and clear . Holiday 2021

We stayed in this lovely house for 1 week, there were 7 of us 2 adults, 5 children. The house is amazing, great location on site and great base for visiting Cornwalls' sights. The house is very spacious, 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin and 3 bathrooms. It was lovely not to have to queue for the shower!. The owner is very responsive and gets back to you very quickly if you have a query. Would definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

All amenities as described. Lovely spacious house - all rooms a good size. No shortage of kitchen equipment. Lovely to have 3 bathrooms with great showers. Beds and pillows very comfy. It is what it is but has everything you need and ideal for a large party

The lodge is ideal for large parties, everything you need and expect is there. Very spacious for all to chill and relax in their own areas while the three bathrooms , ensuite ensure there is no panic to get showered. If every member has a morning shower remember to drop the daytime water heater. The on site facilities were hit and miss with outdoor pool and spa closed but the Manor Arms does everything a pub does.

Spacious, well equipped property in a great location.

We booked this holiday very late, just 2 days prior to travel. We spoke to the owner who was extremely helpful and courteous and answered all the questions we had. We were a mixed group of 2 adults two 15 year olds and 3 children aged 7, 4 and 3 and the property was more than big enough for all of us with no issue regarding space or privacy. The accommodation was well equipped and well looked after and really offered a luxurious home from home. The facilities on site were very good, particularly the indoor pool and gym. We didn't utilise the childrens' club or entertainment so can't really comment. The indoor and outdoor play areas for the children were great and there was plenty of space for exploring and bike rides. We only used the sauna facilities at the spa but found them excellent and good value for money. We were lucky to have decent weather for our stay and so didn't use the facilities as much as we may have done if the weather wasn't so good. The local beaches we found (most of which were listed on the arrival information) were fantastic. Loved this place, had a great holiday and would recommend to families of all ages.

Very nice property providing a pleasant stay

This is a very nice property to stay for at least 8 adults. We had a very pleasant stay. Free access to Gym and Swimming pool is a plus. The property is well maintained with all required crockery. When we arrived the house owner had made sure to switch on the storage heater. Overall, we have a wonderful stay at this property and I highly recommend this to anyone.

Cornwall stay

This was a family holiday and was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Accommodation was excellent, children loved it and wanted to stay (permanently). Staff onsite were very helpful and sociable. Would come back again. Although no shop on the site there was a small amount of basics kept in the cafe area that you could purchase.

Will definitely go back

I organised a quiet time away with my friends and I couldn't have picked a better location. Absolutely every detail was worth it. The resort was very welcoming and very family friendly. I do not have kids yet but I now know of one place in the UK I will be taking my kids one day to. Strategically located such that we did not have to drive too far to get to most of the attractions. We all loved it and will be definitely going back.
