Rustic Charm and Coastal Adventure in the Heart of Cornwall.
Nestled on a scenic hillside overlooking the Laherne Valley and just minutes from the Atlantic Ocean, this unique cottage combines traditional character with the warmth and charm of a classic Cornish retreat.
The Cottage :
No3 Porth Farm Cottages is one of a collection of eight restored stone cottages forming a picturesque courtyard with communal gardens, making it the perfect haven for families, couples, and nature enthusiasts seeking a peaceful getaway. Converted from old farm outbuildings, this basic, traditional Cornish cottage is full of character and charm, with simple furnishings and a homey feel. It is an unmodernised cottage, retaining its original rustic character. With charming features from the 1970s, including a quaint kitchenette and bathroom (with a bath and shower combination), it offers a nostalgic escape from modern life. An open fireplace and stand-alone heaters provide warmth and comfort in the absence of central heating.
The cottage has a welcoming feel and we have kept the family-friendly set up to make your stay as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. It sleeps up to six and is best suited to families rather than groups of adults or multiple couples.
There are 3 bedrooms : Upstairs you will find one queen-sized bed in the main bedroom and a second bedroom with three single beds, ideal for children or siblings sharing. Downstairs there is a third bedroom with a single bed for a grandparent, teen or someone who prefers their own space.
