In the first pajara, you will find a living room with tv, fully equipped kitchen, and double room with en-suite bathroom.
In the second pajara there is a second bedroom with the bathroom in the room.

In the primary structure of Villa Elaion, instead, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, tv and fireplace.
The sleeping area includes 3 rooms:
a double bedroom with bathroom en suite, a quadruple room with two bunk
beds and en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.
Among the amenities, barbecue in the garden, air conditioning in all the rooms, internet access, two washing machines, dishwasher, parking, satellite tv, alarm system and private security.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 120 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
