This charming 15m2 room, tastefully furnished with stylish decor, is perfectly located near many of Porto's top attractions.

Situated in a delightful guesthouse, the property includes shared amenities such as a small communal area with utensils for preparing simple meals or snacks. (Please note that this is not a full kitchen and lacks typical kitchen facilities). Additionally, there's a shared terrace where you can relax and enjoy some fresh air.

Your stay includes a private room with a private bathroom for your exclusive use. The room is fitted with a comfortable queen bed, a TV, and a work desk, making it a homely retreat after a day of exploring Porto.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries. We provide hotel-quality linens and fresh towels to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The guests have access to the common kitchen and the common terrace. Those are shared with other guests in our house (max another 4 people). The bedroom and the bathroom are completely private for the guests.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The Bairro Costa Cabral is in the northeast of Porto and is connected with access to the main train stations and metro lines.

You are a few minutes away from the Stadium Estádio do Dragão.

Many places in Porto are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:

- There are multiple bus stops that service the area.
- The nearest train station, Marquês, is just 2 mins walk from the accommodation.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 16 mins drive from the guesthouse.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will need to verify your identity before you can check into the flat.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
