I am pleased to inform you that this winter the whole property will undergo a substantial refurbishment, and one area of this refurbishment will be a completely new kitchen and appliances. It will also become a five bedroom property, linked by an internal staircase giving access to the new fourth and fifth bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. All very exciting and should mean Pakatoa is even more lovely than ever!

We're also sorry that the renovation works at the neighbouring property affected the tranquillity of your stay. As you mentioned, unfortunately these works were beyond our control, but we completely understand how disappointing this must have been. Gracias por su comentario. Hay televisores inteligentes en tres dormitorios y en el salón. Todos los televisores están conectados a Internet, y (desde su visita) también están ahora todos conectados a la televisión terrestre española a través de cable por lo que es más fácil para los huéspedes. Netflix, YouTube, Amazon están disponibles en todos los televisores, siempre que los huéspedes tienen una cuenta. Estoy seguro de que este fue el problema de no poder utilizar los televisores. Productos de limpieza para la propiedad siempre se mantienen en la cocina debajo del fregadero, o el lavadero.
