This one bedroom apartment is located on the second floor with a lift/elevator. Every room has central air conditioning.

The bedroom is quiet and has a very comfortable high-end queen-size mattress which will guarantee you relaxing nights and siestas. It also has a large cupboard/closet with an iron and ironing board.

The living room has a couch and comfortable black leather reclining armchair, smart TV with active Netflix, a day bed and a dining table with 4 chairs. It is sea front oriented and opens up onto the terrace. The wifi is high-speed up to 600MB/s fiber optic service.

The Bathroom has a shower, sink and WC. The kitchen, has a large LG fridge/freezer, new electric BOSCH stove top, new electric BOSCH oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.

The cleaning is done before the check-in time and after the check-out.
The cleaning fee is mandatory; it includes sheets and towels for your stay.
Guests may access the apartment at the scheduled check-in time.

Our apartment has beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea, beaches and seafront promenade lined with wonderful palm trees. The compact old town and surrounding streets are filled with shops, restaurants and bars.

Public transport is good and inexpensive.
Train station and buses are under a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

TAX AND REGISTRATION

Catalonia requires all guests to register passport details before arrival. You will receive an automated email asking you to do so at leat one week before your arrival. Please keep in mind this is mandatory.

Catalonia also imposes a tourist tax on all people above 16 years of age. The tax is 0.90€ per person per night for seven days maximum until 31st May 2021. Starting 1st June 2021 the tax will be 1.00€ per person per night for seven days maximum. We will collect the city tax in cash at the time of check-in. Please have the exact amount ready.
