from this privileged location in San Jaime. The reversed layout means
that the open plan living area with stylish décor is on the first floor
and is accessed from street level at the rear or the property.

The huge terrace with comfy seating is the best spot for winding down at sunset
and soaking up the spectacular views. On the split level ground floor
are 4 spacious bedrooms each with en-suite, sea views and individual
access to the beautiful pool terrace. A large 5th bedroom can be found
on the lower ground floor with private en-suite shower room for your
comfort. The lively resort centre is a mere stroll from the villa where
you will find an abundance of eateries, boutiques and bars. From
typical Mediterranean restaurants to stylish beach bars, San Jaime is
sure to be a big hit with the whole family. Villa Sunset is just next
door for groups travelling together.

Please note that some of the furnishings, decoration or elements such as flooring or tiles may be replaced each season to enhance the guest experience without altering the functionality of the villa.

One day before arrival guest will receive all information about check in, address, code for the key box to collect the keys and a self check in, and a contact telephone number of the villa manager, who will be the person who will help you with any incident or question you may have during your stay.

500€/900€ (depending of the house) security deposit will be collected and refunded within some days after the stay

All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price. Guests must dispose of rubbish and waste in the nearest bin.
Accommodation in a country house does not exempt guests from complying with this rule.
