Aquavilla Private Pool

This villa is an excellent option for your vacation. Comfortable and equipped with everything you may need. In addition to the spacious interior spaces, it has a large patio with a private pool, an outdoor seating area with comfortable chairs in the shade, a large dining table to enjoy the outdoors, and sun loungers for sunbathing, right in front of the pool. Plenty of relaxation space and a covered play area. The neighborhood is quiet and has a supermarket across the street. The residential is located in the safest area of ​​the island, very close to the sea and the city center. The urbanization has a playground, for the enjoyment of the smallest of the house.



It is a perfect choice for athletes or families. The 250m2 villa has three floors, a very large patio and a private garage. On the main floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom, the living room and the kitchen (the latter two communicate directly with the patio through large glass doors).



On the first floor you will find three bedrooms: bedroom 1 the master suite with dressing room, private bathroom and balcony. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are spacious and with built-in wardrobes.



In the large basement there is a fifth bedroom, a comfortable living room with TV and a very large space for children to play.

Costa Teguise is a tourist area on the east coast of the Spanish island of Lanzarote. It was intentionally built to accommodate tourism. Town planning took place before the buildings were created.



The town is known for its fine white sand beaches, such as Las Cucharas beach. Water sports are very popular here, especially windsurfing and diving. Calm waters and numerous restaurant areas on the promenade that crowns it. But it is not the only one: Playa Bastián, Playa del Jablillo, Playa de los Charcos or Playa del Ancla are other options to enjoy the sun and the sea without leaving Costa Teguise.



The Lanzarote Aquarium, which is 8 minutes away by car, has numerous marine species, as well as an underwater tunnel and swimming pools to come into contact with marine animals. In the bustling Pueblo Marinero square, designed in part by local artist César Manrique, there are restaurants and shops.



To the west of the city is the water park with fun slides, pools and zip lines. There is also a golf course just a 5 minute drive from the villa.
