We loved the property and the views, the proximity to the beach, outlet shopping and dining. I would definitely rent here again now that I know more about this property.The main downside was that the kitchen was barely stocked with cooking essentials, there were zero beach items, and no mid-week stock up on things like toilet paper and trash bags. So if you plan on staying more than a couple of days, be sure to bring your own. This is literally the first time I've ever rented a beach property that didn't include these things. I was disappointed so no 5 stars.

Thank you for sharing. Properties do not provide beach gear. The initial start up of 2 rolls of TP per bathroom and initial dish, laundry detergent and soaps is provided.

This property was great. The view was phenomenal, the furniture and beds were good quality and not cheap. The beds were mostly soft/medium, the only minor issue was the master bedroom did not have enough airflow in it and on the second night it was warm in the room. Also not listed for the unit was a sign by the thermostat saying please don't drop the ac below 72, which was fine for me but my husband likes it cold when he sleeps. It was not unbearable and we will book again and just bring a fan. The place was clean and we liked the location. Its steps away from the beach with a direct walking path to the beach (works out great if you don't like sand in your car). It is also by great places to eat and coffee shops. When there we encountered many people that think highly of the host and rebook yearly. The other guest were quiet or the walls thick because we didn't hear any noise from outside the unit.

Ariel Dunes II 2308

In my opinion, there needs to be more dishes, especially better bowls Those bowls don't hold much in them. The master bedroom bed was horrible. It has 2 distinct huge dips in the mattress that made it very uncomfortable to sleep in. Maybe supply larger towels to dry off with in the restrooms. But overall, the stay was nice. The view from the balcony was very pretty.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures of this Unit are misleading. The entertainment center is nice and the bedroom furniture is also good. And the tile and laminate flooring is what we wanted. The issues we had was with the couch and chair and the master mattress. The couch is broken down, the pleather on the couch and chair is peeling off and we had to cover with sheets. The master mattress was lumpy and sagging, not comfortable at all. There is no dvd player and no tv in the second bedroom and the dining and coffee tables were wobbly. Also, the kitchen is not very well stocked. Because the pandemic requires older people to stay in more, this unit has not made our stay the most comfortable. The property management company told us it was up to the owners to update the furnishings. The view is amazing but the unit needs some changes to make it the wonderful condo it appears to be.

Each owner is individually responsible for how they furnish their homes - which unfortunately, specific furnishings is not something that we can require owners to change/replace - especially items that can be of different preferences such as bedding. However, please also know we have encouraged this owner to address the couch and bedding and evaluate the option of making adjustments. -The Seascape-Resort Team

It was AMAZING! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the sensitivity of the sensor and the water kept shutting off.
