Villa Irmina is a characteristic and welcoming two-story ancient tuscan country house surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Irmina you will enjoy an incredible view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Irmina is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a small private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Pienza, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Villa Irmina from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Irmina you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Irmina is along a 500-meters (1640 feets) country road.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 18 meters (59 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff) and is filled with sea water. The area is equipped with sun loungers, a gazebo and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 6000 square meters (65000 square feet) large. The garden is equipped with small sofas, as well as with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, deck chairs, sun loungers, a gazebo and an hammock. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the hills.
Verandah
The verandah is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. You will be able to reach it from a corridor. Is equipped with an armchair, a bench and a desk. From the verandah you will enjoy a broad view of the garden and of the hills.
Main Building, Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include sofas and armchairs. There is a big and age-old fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has three windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the kitchen climbing three steps. The furnishings include a sofa. There is a nice fireplace. Here you will find a pool table. The room has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen 1
The first kitchen is well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. There is a practical fireplace. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden. The room also has two windows, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen 2
You will be able to enter the second kitchen from the first living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has three small windows.
Mezzanine Level
In the kitchen you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it going up a spiral staircase, climbing 11 steps. The furnishings of the mezzanine include an armchair. The ceiling is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and has an height of 2.00 meters (6.6 feet) at its highest point and of 1.40 meters (4.6 feet) at its lowest point. You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen going down three steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two armchairs. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
