-Description:
Apartment located in Córdoba old town, where you can visit the Mosque, Synagogue or the Alcázar, as well as 2 minutes from the river, a beautiful walk along the Guadalquivir River and the route of its bridges, enjoying the best terraces and restaurants with Cordovan charm, ideal to try the local cuisine or enjoy the weather and good time in company.

Despite having such a privileged situation the apartment is very quiet and the noise of the outside, nonexistent. On the other hand it is very well connected with other areas of Cordoba by means of two buses.

It is worth mentioning that the most important monuments of the city are to 5 minutes or something more, on foot: Mosque, Alcazar, Roman Bridge and surroundings, Archaeological Museum, Patios of San Basilio etc...



This magnificent aparment of indoor has a double bed for 2 people and sofa bed in the living room with capacity for 2 people. A bathroom with bath and everything you need. Complete kitchen.The flat will be prepared for the number of guests specified in each booking, not for the maximum capacity. TV, Wifi, Air conditioning and heating.

Just 150 meters from the property, you can find the Parking La Ribera at a price of 15,50€ per day.

Children policy: one child under 3 years of age is admitted free of charge per booking. The second child in the booking as well as children over 3 years old must pay the corresponding rate as if they were 1 adult.The accommodation will always get ready for the number of guests. If you want to sleep in separated beds, a fee may appy to set up the other bed. Contact me please.

Great Apartment, Super Location!

Incredibly comfortable apartment especially for such a small space. Very well maintained with new appliances and well equipped. Even better, Pilar is a great host. She is very friendly, loaded with information, and very willing to help make your stay great. As the unit is on the second floor (first floor if you call the ground floor Zero or Planta Baja), there is no terrace and is the only reason we did not rate it five stars. The apartment is within walking distance of all you want to see in Cordoba and within one block of some of the best food in Spain. The neighborhood is very welcoming and fun to stay in. This was easily the best place we stayed during our three weeks in Spain. We will return to Cordoba and will stay in this apartment again.

Pillar was outstanding and very helpful. Her apartment is lovely and quaint. Air con at nite very helpful. Very close to the Roman bridge and the Mezquita. Several nice restaurants close by. Washing machine was helpful with a clothes line out the window. Cute little bath with shower. On the first floor with key entry. Little supermarket on the next corner and coffee was available over the road. Quaint part of town and we took a taxi from Cordoba station. Pillar called us a taxi to return to the station when the time came to leave. A full kitchen is available for use too.I would highly recommend staying here.

Lage der Wohnung war in Ordnung. Frau Pilar war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung als solche war akzeptabel, die Küchenausstattung war sehr dürftig, der Schlafzimmerschrank: erneuerungsbedürftig, "IKEA as it worst". Für 2-3 Tage Aufenthalt akzeptabel, wer länger bleiben möchte, sollte sich eine andere Unterkunft suchen.

Lamento que en su opinión los enseres de cocina fuesen pobres .Nadie lo había manifestado hasta este momento.Tuvimos ocasión de vernos varias veces durante su estancia ya que como saben vivo en el piso de arriba . Habría sido mucho más positivo para mi que me hubiese pedido lo que necesitaban. Les pregunté repetirdamente si todo estaba bien y nunca comentaron nada negativo.Con mucho gusto habría tratado de complacerlos en todo lo que estuviese en mi mano . We had a great experience!

Highly recommended! Very clean apartment, beddings, washroom etc. Educated, responsible and very friendly owner, who lives on the top storey of the apartment building. She greeted us at the car park and went with us to the apartment just nearby and gave all practical info. She provided parking for €10 per day in a covered parking area. No noise at night so we had a good night sleep each night. We are very pleased!

Séjour parfait!

Belle rencontre avec la propriétaire des lieux. Gentille et accueillante. Nous donne beaucoup d’explications avant et lors de l’arrivée. Appartement très propre et bien décoré. Literie confortable et Netflix disponible avec télévision intelligente. Près de tout les attraits. Petits restos d’en face excellent plats et petite boulangerie au pied de l’établissement. On recommande assurément!

Bel appartement idéalement situé à proximité du centre historique, à quelques minutes à pied de tout ,très propre et particulièrement calme, superbement décoré.Difficile de trouver mieux. Très appréciable également de pouvoir communiquer en français (Pilar et son fils qui nous a chaleureusement accueilli parlent la langue de Molière ).Biscuits , café et pain à l'arrivée ! Cordoue est vraiment une belle ville. JE RECOMMANDE

Cozy, quiet, modern apartment in great location

We loved staying at Pilar’s place. She was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is modern, very clean and comfortable with nice amenities. (The bed was very comfortable)So close to everything. Parking was convenient in a nearby lot. Perfect for my husband and me. We are seniors and would highly recommend it young or old!

Just such a lovely place to stay with a great host who gave us all the best places to see and to eat at. We were there for 5 nights and we're busy each day with lots to see and coming home each night to a lovely apartment was great. Easy to get to via public transport from the main bus/ train station. Our host had fresh bread, milk, some butter and jam with tea or coffee on our arrival! A lovely host!

Superbe région

Trés bel appartement ou il est agréable de séjourner. Trés bien équipé et joliment décoré. Se situe à proximité de la mezquita et autres monuments. Parking de la Ribera juste à coté.Nous y avons séjourné qu'une seule nuit mais mériterait bien plus. Si nous devions revenir à Cordoue ce serait ici, car nous avons été tres bien accueilli. Pilar donne des tas d'indications et documentation trés complete sur la region. Location que je recommande vivement. Alice

Cosy, Clean and very central.

Although on the small side it is perfect for a couple. Close to all major sites in old town and one street back from river. Pilar was very pleasant and informative. Cordoba was very hot but air con etc worked fine. Would recommend.

Lovely host and a great location

This apartment is in a great location for exploring Cordoba. It's a block away from the river (and parking), just within the traffic-restricted old town area. Pilar is a lovely and helpful host, pointing out to us, for example, the best bars and restaurants. A great apartment in a great area, highly recommended.

Todo perfecto. Puedes visitar todo andando y la atención de Pilar fue maravillosa, incluso tuvimos que llegar la primera noche de madrugada y no fue un problema, nos dejó todo preparado y nos recibió como si fuesen las 12 del medio día. Lo recomiendo al 100%

We spent an incredible week in this modern and stylish apartment. Centrally located, you are only steps away from all corners of the Old Town. This quiet apartment has everything to make you feel at home and comfortable. Pilar, the owner is extremely helpful and available to assist in any way. Updated throughout, we were extremely pleased to call this home for the week and would not hesitate to return and stay here again. We highly recommend this gem in Cordoba.
