Host communicated quickly with us. Apartment is a really good size. This is a commercially run property so it is missing a lot of the things people love about VRBO personal touches. At the kitchen sink we were left with an Old used sponge and an old dirty wiping cloth.We were given good instructions to arrive at the building but then No instructions on where to go once inside which was confusing with 2 staircases and 2 elevators.It had an old Dirty sofaNo laundry rack1 bed had a good mattress but it was a very Squeaky bed. Any time my adult son rolled or moved the whole bed would shake and squeak, making it hard to sleep. That room also had NO heat and was quite cold. I asked for extra blankets (each bed had 1 blanket) and was told NO!!!The double bed was extremely uncomfortable it felt very old and we rolled in the middle towards each other. The room with 2 twin beds was also very cold with only 1 blanket on each bed. The Heater in the living room kept going on and off. I didn't bother asking them to come fix it because it would turn on and start going again after a while and when I asked for 3 extra blankets for the cold bedrooms they said no. You will have to Buy your own toilet paper and rubbish bags. Which is just ridiculous!!! I was told NO when I asked for an extra rubbish bag. So go buy a pack of 20 bags to just use one. No oven, poorly stocked kitchen with dirty dishes upon arrival.Wifi kept cutting out
