Enjoy hotel-style luxury, a large garden with pool and multiple terraces and wide-open sea views at this contemporary villa for 24 near Massa Lubrense. Surrounded by two hectares of fruit trees and olive and lemon groves, the villa provides majestic views of the Amalfi Coast and Capri from the 2,000-m² garden. There’s a small children’s play area but the highlight is the sparkling pool (8 x 12 m and ranges from 20 cm to 2.2 m deep). Each floor of the villa has its own beautifully furnished terrace or veranda with magnificent views.



It would be hard to find a better location for a celebration dinner than the vast rooftop terrace, which has some shade and direct access into the gleaming professionally equipped kitchen on the upper floor. Alternatively, enjoy a gastronomic feast in the main dining room, which has a table for 24 and small balcony.



The middle floor has a terrace with an elegant gazebo, tables and chairs and a pool view, and a veranda with sofas and a table and chairs with a partial sea view. The ground-floor terrace has a small sofa and two sun loungers. Step from here into the elegant living room, with armchairs, a dining table and a decorative grand piano. Access the laundry area from the garden.



The villa is ideal for yoga classes and small conferences.

Not included in the price, to be paid upon arrival:



• Tourist Tax: 3,00 Euros per person per day for the first 7 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.

• For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 60,00 Euros will be applied.

• Damage deposit: 1.500,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.

• Electricity is included up to a maximum consumption per week of 300 KW: the extra KWs are to be paid on the premises according to consumption.
