Modern and cozy two-bedroom apartment in Barcelona, with garden and communal pool. Located in the neighborhood of Gràcia, one of the liveliest areas of the city, it offers excellent public transport connections. The perfect place to relax, sunbathe and explore the city with all the comforts.
When you get to know the real Barcelona you will fall in love. Your Patio de Gràcia apartment is a quiet and cozy retreat in the heart of one of the most charming neighborhoods of the city.
The apartment has two bedrooms plus two full bathrooms. You will love its natural light and the design of its brand new interiors. The space is equipped with all the comforts: satellite TV, high speed Wi-Fi... and if you like to relax and sunbathe, you won't want to leave its garden and communal pool.
Do you feel like going for a walk? The Gràcia neighborhood is full of amazing locals and restaurants, but if you want to go a little further afield you'll find the Metro/FGC Gràcia stop just a few meters away. It will connect you to the city center, Las Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter, Paseo de Gràcia (Barcelona's best shopping boulevard) and Plaça Catalunya in just a few minutes. And after a long day exploring the Born, the Barcelona Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, Parc Güell or the Barceloneta beach, your reward will be to arrive at an equally special apartment.

Excellent Stay in Barcelona

The place is as described in the Gracia neighborhood. The place is quiet at night. We had proactive communication with the owners and local neighborhood restaurant recommendations. Easy access to the metro. Great amenities like dishwashing soap and body soap and shampoo. Even a little treat upon arrival! I would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and a great location

Our family of 5 (kids 9,14,18) stayed at BCN apartment for 1 night travelling through Barcelona, and had a great time. The apartment was very clean, comfortable for all of us to spread out and had everything we needed. The bonus pool on the patio was great for the kids to jump in and relax after a hot day of travelling and sightseeing. We walked to Casa Batlló, went for gelato and did a little shopping nearby. The checkin process was easy and the staff were quick to reply with questions. The staff that made the sofa bed and brought a little welcome gift were friendly and wonderful as well. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great little apartment in excellent location!

This is in the Gracia neighborhood, right where we wanted to stay to be near our daughter who is living there. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was perfect for 3 of us for a week. It is small but is everything we needed! With a balcony overlooking the busy street below, it was perfect to watch the morning activities with coffee. Bedrooms were in the back, so any noise from the street was not heard. Our trip was the first week of November, so weather was not perfect for the pool, but I did spend one afternoon in the quiet courtyard, reading by the pool - a very nice amenity! Communication was easy and quick, and hosts were very accommodating! Very eager to help when asked and to make our stay enjoyable. There is a metro station right outside the door for convenient travel. The location is on a busy street, so taxi and bolt are very easy to find. It is just next to an active plaza, where locals gather to sit on park benches, play with their dogs and play ping pong! Close to stores and shopping. Again, despite the location on the busy street, the noise was not an issue. Would highly recommend if the Gracia neighborhood is your destination!
