## Space
Complete with generously sleeping and communal areas, guests can revel in the luxury of living and luggage space. There is also an accommodating dining table; a great spot to enjoy some home cooking with use of the property's fully equipped kitchen!
The apartment will also be replenished with fresh bed linen, bath towels and toiletries prior to each check-in, as well as receiving a full and professional clean.
There is also a flatscreen TV and extensive book collection for guests to make use of.

Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.

## Neighborhood
Cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarket are all within the immediate vicinity. Ten minutes walk to Princes Street and all tourist attractions.
Located close to the city centre, between Haymarket and Gorgie, there are great transport links and Haymarket station is within walking distance. Fountainbridge is home to a large activity complex with a trampoline park, cinema, gym, bowling alley and multiple restaurants. Additionally there are restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets all easily accessible on foot from the property. The Union Canal is great for walks and jogging.
## Transit
Most places are within walking distance of the property.
Edinburgh Airport: From the airport take the Tram or Airlink bus to Princes Street. From here the apartment is a quick taxi ride or you can take the number 10 or 11 bus.
Train: The nearest railway station is Edinburgh Haymarket. From the station take Lothian Bus number 23. Alternatively the apartment is a quick taxi ride away.
Buses: Lothian Buses are the main bus operator in Edinburgh. They offer a great free app that provides route maps, fare information and live bus times. Its a great tool for getting around the city.
