Dies ist ein Privathaus, 4 Schlafzimmer, 2. 5 Badezimmer 8 Personen

This review is false as it does not represent our listing. Please refer to the previous hundreds of 5 stars reviews we have. To correct it ,let’s start by saying that the house does have 3 bathrooms. 2 are full bathrooms and one is half bathroom (in the USA this means the third bathroom is toilet and sink only). Just as the house description says. The stove air extractor and the refrigerator were working as they should after check out (perhaps the guest didn’t know how to operate them) , the smoke alarm went off as they should when there is smoke in the house ( this is a safety feature and not a malfunction) , the washing machine is a year old as works perfectly ( there is some rust where the bleach tray is ) this is from bleach spill onto the metal . We tried to accommodate this guest as much as we could by allowing early check in , however we couldn’t accommodate his request for a latter check out more than 2 hours because we had new guests checking in the same day . Unfortunately I feel this made the guest upset and triggered the bad false review.
