Dieses reizvolle Strandhaus wurde im Jahr 2017 renoviert und ist der perfekte Zufluchtsort für alle. Dieses Haus liegt direkt am Lake Shore Drive an der Haltestelle 1 im schönen Sheridan Beach!

Diese Maisonette-Unterkunft im Ranchstil verfügt über neue Holzböden, eine renovierte Küche mit Quarzarbeitsplatten und einen Essbereich. Modernisiertes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Das erste Schlafzimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten, das zweite Schlafzimmer hat 1 Queensize-Bett, beide mit großen Schränken ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Schlafcouch für 2 Personen. Waschmaschine und Trockner im Gerät, sowie eine große Terrasse mit Gasgrill zum Auskochen. Maximal 3 Autos erlaubt.

Zu den Attraktionen in der Nähe gehört Indiana Dunes Lakeshore, wo Sie reiten, schwimmen, angeln und picknicken können. In der Nähe des Strandes gibt es ein Volleyballfeld sowie eine bequeme öffentliche Toilette. Leuchtturm Outlet Mall in der Nähe, sowie Museen, Washington Park Zoo, Outdoor-Wasserpark, Casinos und zahlreiche Restaurants für Familien und besondere Anlässe.

Was great!!!

Could use, kleenex per bedroom, trash basket per bedroom inexpensive glass wine glasses.foil for kitchen grill was very dirty. These are small things overall stay was great!!!

Perfect location to the beach

The property was a perfect location to the beach, very close! They had beach chairs, toys, and a wagon to take everything to the beach which was great with small kids. Cosmetically, there were a few things that could be fixed/updated, but overall great property for the location and price!

Great location for family stay

Location was great! We walked to the beach and the zoo. Place included a beach wagon, beach towels, umbrella, and sand toys! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking (low on coffee) and had a dishwasher. We appreciated a crib in the house and a step stool for the kids. It could've been cleaner though. The floors made our feet black. We ended up putting down a picnic blanket for the kids to play on. Overall good stay for a family of four.

First time in Michigan City, Quaint location

The location of this property is great, it's literally right around the corner from the beach. There is a lot to do in the area. The bungalow is cozy and could use a little more updating but the kitchen, dining area and bathroom were very tastefully done. The owners were very attentive to our needs and quickly resolved any issues or questions that we had. Looking forward to visiting the area again! Thank you for the hospitality.

Great location

Great location and size for our family of 5. Quick drive to the national park and into Michigan. Close to the Michigan City Beach, zoo, and parks. The included travel guide helped us pick some activities.

Lovely trip

Just perfect for this trip! Super clean, easy to find, parking right out the front door and literally steps from the beach! Morning coffee out on the side deck, puzzles on a rainy afternoon, could not ask for more!

Property is close to Chicago, beach and Indiana Dunes National Park. House is just as described and worked well for our family of 6. Would stay there again! Wonderful time with family!

Close to the Dunes

Nice location and easy to get to the national park(10min). The property management team responded quickly and was easy to communicate with. It was cleaned enough, but you can tell it’s a little worn and is popular rental property that was cheaply refinished. But it’s comfortable and have some nice additions like a crib, beach umbrella/chairs to borrow. You can hear your neighbors on the other side if they are partying (not the greatest for a sleeping baby).

Nice little bungaloo

Stayed for a weekend with four adult women for a shopping weekend along the lakeshore. Not at the house very long each day but everything we needed was there and functioning. The only suggestions I have are that you provide pillows for the pull out couch and a fitted sheet for that. Very clean and kitchen well stocked!

Tidy with bare essentials

The rental was cute but I wouldn't say cozy. Bring slippers or extra socks as the floors were so dirty our bare feet were black from walking on them. The rental is a nice space though with plenty of room and was great for my husband and one year old. The beach really was a five minute walk away and the small zoo just a couple extra minute walk. The Indiana Dunes National and State Parks are both short drives as well. If you need groceries or other supplies there is a Meijer close by to either go get them or have them dropped off. The checkout time is 10am which is a little early especially when you're asked to wash and dry all the towels but we managed. I would recommend this property for rental if for nothing else other than its location and room.

Beach vibes

The location was perfect for what we wanted, the beach. Overall the house had what we needed. The beach was beautiful and we watched the sunset each night. There are a few things that need fixed. The patio chairs are coming apart, the twin beds are a bit noisy when you move.

Great Location

Great location that is actually within walking distance to the beach. The area we accessed the beach was not crowded at all which was so nice!! Owner was prompt to answer any questions. Be sure to pack extra toilet paper and any condiments needed but walmart isn't too far a drive if you forget anything. Will def keep this location in mind for my next trip.

Convenient to beach

Great space! Supplied towels, beach chairs, and cooking and kitchen essentials. A 5 min walk to the beach, and nice outdoor space. Owners responsive to questions. Had a nice long weekend. We’d come back again!

4 Days in Beautiful Michigan City

The property was as advertised, plenty of space for a family of 4. Location for beach access/zoo/park was great but the beach and park were closed due to COVID. Plenty of great places to eat nearby (Matey's, Shoreline and Bubbles Ice Cream were our favorites). Very close to the outlet stores but several were closed due to COVID. My only complaint about the house is that there should be a mat at the front door to wipe sand off your shoes.
