Dieses reizvolle Strandhaus wurde im Jahr 2017 renoviert und ist der perfekte Zufluchtsort für alle. Dieses Haus liegt direkt am Lake Shore Drive an der Haltestelle 1 im schönen Sheridan Beach!

Diese Maisonette-Unterkunft im Ranchstil verfügt über neue Holzböden, eine renovierte Küche mit Quarzarbeitsplatten und einen Essbereich. Modernisiertes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Das erste Schlafzimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten, das zweite Schlafzimmer hat 1 Queensize-Bett, beide mit großen Schränken ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Schlafcouch für 2 Personen. Waschmaschine und Trockner im Gerät, sowie eine große Terrasse mit Gasgrill zum Auskochen. Maximal 3 Parkplätze sind erlaubt.

Zu den Attraktionen in der Nähe gehört Indiana Dunes Lakeshore, wo Sie reiten, schwimmen, angeln und picknicken können. In der Nähe des Strandes gibt es ein Volleyballfeld sowie eine bequeme öffentliche Toilette. Leuchtturm Outlet Mall in der Nähe, sowie Museen, Washington Park Zoo, Outdoor-Wasserpark, Casinos und zahlreiche Restaurants für Familien und besondere Anlässe.

Great location! House was perfect for us!

House had everything we needed, great location and great for families. Property manager communicated with all questions and all the information was inside of the house. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for our family

Close to everything. Had all we needed for the beach including a wagon and chairs. Everything was convenient. We would love to come back again some time! Kids loved every minute.

Enjoyable and Relaxing

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the decor was very beach oriented which was fun. Loved the beach, enjoyed the lighthouse tour, the nearby zoo and shopping at the outlet mall.

5 minute walk from the beach. 15 minute walk from the zoo. The section of beach nearby was not busy and easy to access. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

This little rental was just what my family and I needed to enjoy our time in Michigan City! It is in a very convenient location within walking distance to the Zoo, Park, Splash Park and the Beach! My family and I couldn’t have been happier and we plan to come back in the future!

Family of 5 beach trip

Just returned from 5 night with our 3 kids and all had a great time! Property was very clean and cute and fit our family well. The walk to the beach wasn’t long but make sure you have an all terrain wagon or something to help with your beach load! Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great. The house was clean, kitchen had all of the tools we would need, and we loved using the grill and patio. Our neighbors on the other side of the duplex were a little loud at night, but they were friendly. Thanks!

Great house and location, but firm beds

The place was cute and clean as described, and it was very close to the beach which we enjoyed a lot. However, after a long day of being in the sun and water, we couldn’t sleep very well because all the beds were very firm even for me who likes a firm mattress. Part of the check out process is to put the towels in the washer and dryer and we also had to take out the trash and strip the beds. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay!

Quick trip

The location was perfect for us. The walk to the beach was short. The place was comfortable and had what we needed for our stay. I was worried when we arrived as the front door was in need of some attention. It needs to be scrubbed and/or painted. I agree with other comments about washing the towels. I think that adds a little pressure to vacationers as they prepare for departure. I’ve never stayed anywhere that required that. Overall good place and the owner was very responsive.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property for our Indiana Dunes vacation. The property was clean, the host was responsive and helpful; answering questions about how “childproof” the property was and approving us bringing whatever we needed to feel more secure with our two year old. The neighborhood was very walkable with the zoo, restaurants, parks etc. We walked to the beach several times as well and appreciated the wagon, umbrellas, chairs, toys and towels. We went on several hikes at the State and National Park areas and it was an easy drive. The house had shower supplies and a stocked kitchen. There was coffee, filters, k-cups and some spices already available. We were able to Instacart the rest of the needed groceries the same day as check-in. This was our first week-long getaway as a family of four and we had a great experience in Michigan City.

Cute beach house & close to the lake!

It was a really cute house and everything was pretty clean except for the floors and the couches(they were stained pretty bad). The beds were also not very comfortable. I did appreciate the small toiletries and kitchen items that were there to use! Overall, it was a fun trip and we would go back!

Nice location, but less than anticipated

The property is nice, but needs some TLC. Lots of little damage and disrepair. There was a lot of sand on the floor as soon as we arrived, so I had to vacuum. Also, there is a light at the back of the property that does NOT go off, and makes the second bedroom VERY bright all night long. Missing blinds and cheap "black out curtains" do a poor job making the room dark. Also, the washing machine is extremely noisy. Owner requires all towels be washed and dried before you leave, so make sure to start that process EARLY, as check out is at 10AM.
