October 2026

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was spacious and the location was exactly what we were looking for. However, the cabin did not feel like it was well maintained from a cleaning perspective. The bedding was very bare, not even really a blanket on each bed. The kitchen was also bare stocked with not even salt and pepper provided. We unfortunately came across two cockroaches in the cabin as well during our stay.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the spacious cabin and convenient location, but sincerely apologize for the concerns with cleanliness, bedding, kitchen supplies, and pests. We understand how disappointing this must have been and will share your feedback with our housekeeping and management teams for review. Our cabins are anually sprayed for pests but wooded areas can have wood roaches, unfortunately. Also, please know that we keep staff and pest control on hand to happily assist with any cabin issues during your stay 24/7. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and truly hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better stay in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic stay, amazing customer service, and just overall a great well designed cabin built for large family stays. This cabin had so many well amenities, that excursions were optional to my family! Large bedrooms, plenty space to sleep, clean, and more. Locating the cabin was also a breeze, there was no steep driving, so if you’re looking for a cabin rental that’s in the mountain but can bypass, steep and scary mountain rides, look no further, Elk Springs Cabin Rentals are perfect for you and your family. The cabin had onsight washer and dryer hookup, indoor pool inside our cabin, outdoor jacuzzi, pool table, fuzz ball table, movie theatre, arcade, and more. Our family had no complaints
