Das Hotel liegt nur eine 1/4 Meile (7 Blocks) von der berühmten Pier und der Innenstadt. Zu Fuß zu Palace Playland und Restaurants und Geschäften. Dies ist ein 1200 sq ft. Stadthaus Stil Wohnung, 2 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad im Obergeschoss und 1 Schlafzimmer und Bad im Erdgeschoss. Große Terrasse mit direktem Blick auf den Pier und kann wöchentlich Feuerwerk zu sehen, zusammen mit den schönsten Sonnenaufgänge mit Blick auf Old Orchard Beach. Erstaunlicher Meerblick aus jedem Fenster. Schlafplätze 6, 2 Parkplätze und Münzwaschmaschinen vor Ort. Bettwäsche inklusive und Liegestühle vorhanden. Wonderful Place With a Great View

This oceanfront condo was a great place to stay! It had a wonderful view of the beach and was in a great location within walking distance to the pier and shops and restaurants. Only a few minor things to note: The listing describes one of the rooms as having twin bunk beds, but this was not the case. Instead, it was a Trellis bed with a pull-out mattress on the floor--not a dealbreaker, but it would've been nice to have known this ahead of time. Also, I'd recommend supplying blankets, as it was quite chilly a few nights, and there was nothing to throw on the beds or snuggle in while sitting on the couch other than an extra bedspread. Other than that, my friends and I had a lovely stay. Two bathrooms was a plus!

Lovely condo on the beach

The property was perfect for our family of 4. Amazing ocean views from bedrooms, living room and deck. Just took 30 secs to walk through the path onto the beach. Host was very responsive, had beach chairs and gear accessible. Kitchen appliances and bathrooms were clean and new. Overall a wonderful experience.

Perfect for small family get away!

Property is clean and the views are priceless. This was our second stay here and despite the cooler weather, the ocean view in your lap makes up for it! The 5 a.m. train whistle was new this year though. I’m an early riser, but I could see where that could be an issue for folks! 5 star place and owner!

Incredible property

My husband, daughter and my parents stayed at this property this past week and we loved it! The view and proximity to the beach was perfect. It was everything we expected and more! I fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the ocean every day! It was an easy walk to the pier and the ocean temp was surprisingly warm! My daughter loved the waves! Melanie was super nice and accommodating! I think we will be back!

Second Stay

This was the second time our family stayed in this condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It's a clean and comfortable unit in a great location. It had everything we could need while we were there. Melanie, the owner is quick to respond to all communications. We had a minor glitch and she was very attentive and responsive when we addressed the issue with her. We can't wait till our next visit to OOB

Perfect family getaway!

My husband and I plus our 18 month old daughter stayed at Melanie’s place and had a wonderful time. The proximity to the beach/the view can’t be beat. Our favorite part was enjoying coffee and breakfast on the deck each morning. We even got up early enough to watch the sunrise one day. It is an easy walk downtown to restaurants and Palace Playland. We were also a very short drive from some great restaurants in Scarborough. Melanie’s place was very clean and more than enough space for our family. We would absolutely stay again!

Beach Bliss

This well-equipped condo was perfect for our vacation: spectacular views, comfy beds, plenty of pantry space, and a fabulous deck. The location is fabulous, out the door and on the beach, literally. Super convenient parking onsite. Melanie promptly answered our questions before our visit, so we knew exactly what to bring and what to leave at home. We loved every minute of our stay, from sunrise to moonrise over the surf!

Great Family Trip

We just got back from an amazing week at this perfect beachfront property. The condo had everything you would need for a great beach day (chairs, beach toys, games and boogie boards.) The condo itself is clean and updated. The porch has stunning views of the beach and pier. Melanie was wonderful to deal with and made a lot of helpful recommendations. We had a great vacation and can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful Beach Vacation

I stayed in this condo with my husband and two year old son for a long weekend. We loved waking up to the sound of the ocean waves and drinking coffee on the porch looking at the beach. The convenience to the beach and the pier activities was amazing. The condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. Be aware there is no AC so the nights can be a little warm for sleeping but fans are provided and there are many windows to open. I would definitely recommend this place.

Location, Location, Location

This condo is lovely and right on the beach with beautiful ocean views. It is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Only a few blocks to the center of town-so close enough to walk to restaurants and nightlife, but far enough away to be very quiet. We loved our stay!!!

Condo Right on Orchard Beach

ThIs 3-bedroom duplex condo Is located 3-flights up and has a full-size bunkbed on the main level and two queen-size beds each in the two bedroom (an additional flight up) on the 2nd floor. Everything in the condo is nicely proportional and appointed. The terrace overlooking the beach is sublimed. We were a party of six and fit neatly in the space. There’s no ac but you probably won’t miss it with the ocean breeze. We didn’t miss it! Who doesn’t love the sound and sight of lapping ocean??? Owners have a storage unit in the basement filled with boogie boards and beach chairs and games. Total plus!
