Villa Incanto con Piscina by Wonderful Italy

Nestled amongst centuries-old olive trees, our Villa comprises two separate residential units, perfect for hosting two families or groups of friends. Access is via an automatic gate that leads to a spacious external courtyard, ideal for parking your cars safely. On the left you will find the first villa, Casa Gialla: via a ramp of approximately 10 steps you reach the veranda furnished with a small lounge and external table, whilst on the left a solarium area with panoramic terrace has been arranged. Once inside the house you will find a living area with table, 4 chairs and sofa and at the back the kitchenette. From the living area you also access the bathroom and the double bedroom.

Returning to the courtyard you access the second villa, Casa Rossa. You have direct access to the living area, on the left the kitchenette, also on the left a single bedroom, followed by the bathroom and on the right the access door to the double bedroom. Outside you will find a covered gazebo with table and chairs, and via a staircase of approximately 15 steps you access the beautiful swimming pool, positioned panoramically and equipped with sun loungers and external shower. All rooms in both houses are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. Everything designed for your relaxation!

The complex is completed by a wood-fired oven, perfect for outdoor cooking during the fine season, and an orange grove.

Ostuni, known to the world as the White City, is the pearl of the Valle d'Itria. Its historic centre, of a blinding white, immense, culminates with the Cathedral (600 metres from the apartment) which imperiously dominates the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park and a clear and crystalline sea. Characteristic are its alleyways, Piazza della Libertà (5 minutes away) and the column of S. Oronzo which majestically protects the town.

Its countryside extends into the heart of the Valle d'Itria. A few kilometres away is Ceglie Messapica, a centre of tradition and food and wine culture, Cisternino, a village recognised amongst the most beautiful in Italy, Alberobello whose famous trulli have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Archaeological Park of Egnazia, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with evocative historic centres and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the Orient, whilst heading south we encounter first the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, capital of the Baroque. Moving towards the west there is Taranto, heart of Magna Graecia and finally Matera, characteristic for its sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.



The nearest airports and ports are Brindisi (30 minutes) and Bari (60 minutes).
