Following feedback such as yours, we investigated the issue and have since resolved the problem. We are pleased to report that the connection speed is now performing very well. Unfortunately, fiber-optic service is not yet available in our area, but we continue to do our best to provide the highest possible internet quality with the infrastructure currently available.
