In dieser komplett eingerichteten Suite mit 1 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bädern werden die Gäste einen unvergesslichen Urlaub verbringen. Das Haupt- / Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Queensize-Schlafsofa ausgestattet und bietet bequem Platz für 4 Personen. Es gibt auch ein zweites Vollbad auf dem Flur. Das ansprechend eingerichtete Wohnzimmer bietet durch Glasschieber einen uneingeschränkten Meerblick auf Ihren privaten Balkon, auf dem Sie sich bei den beruhigenden Klängen der rollenden Wellen entspannen können. Die Küche eignet sich perfekt zum Essen mit Frühstücksbar und Esstisch und ist mit einem kompletten Kühlschrank, Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr, Gläsern, Besteck und Kochgeschirr ausgestattet.
Am Cocoa Beach können die Gäste nachmittags schwimmen und bräunen oder am endlosen weißen Sandstrand spazieren gehen. Wenn Sie möchten, können Sie sich auch am Pool entspannen. So sorry the burner on the stove & the toaster didn't work. Did you call the front desk? They could have likely fixed both problems. I will notify them now for future renters. Glad you thought it was beautiful! It is a great spot!

On the beach

Great to see a sunrise every day .Condo is nice and good location.It is outdated. Carpeting should be replaced with wood flooring.

Very nice!

I think the check-in and check-out process could have been made a lot more clear because when we showed up, the person at the desk said we have the place checkout for 2 weeks when we were only supposed to have it for 3 nights. Everything ended up working out because the person we checked out with knew what to do but if it wasn’t for her, I don’t know how it would have worked. Other than checking in and out, the place was great! It was so cute and homey and has an amazing view!! The whole time, we said we would definitely go back! Everything is in walking distance too which is great. Overall a really nice and enjoyable place!

Sorry the check in process didn't go smoothly for you. Most of the units are rented for a week Sat to Sat so that may have been the confusion. However, the reservations staff including the managers were aware of your rental dates. In any event, my apologies for any inconvenience. Filthy

The location and view was amazing. The unit was dated and filthy. The carpets are beyond disgusting they were literally crusty with filth and matted down beyond repair. I am not talking surface filth and stains they are so worn and grimy I refused to walk on them without shoes. My husbands socks were filthy from the carpets and the corners of of the floors filthyfloors.

Nice location but very dated

Pros-the staff of the property were very helpful, particularly the maintenance staff and housekeeping. The location, right on the beach, is excellent. The resort has lots of amenities for families. It was quiet. Cons-when we arrived the reception had no record of our rental. After 10 minutes of stress, finally one staff member was able to find our rental since it is not their usual timeshare rental. When we got to the room it had not been cleaned; the bed was unmade, trash in cans, dirty linens. The housekeeping came quickly to clean, but it’s hard to get someone else’s mess out of our mind. The TV did not work, although the maintenance and security staff worked hard to try to fix it. Also the coffee pot did not work, but housekeeping replaced it. The sliding glass door to the balcony is so rusted and difficult to open that I couldn’t have opened it without my husband’s assistance. Overall, the condo is very dated and needs the carpet replace and some updating in the bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c/heat worked well.

A huge apology for the fact that the reception staff had no record of your rental as I personally called and spoke to the reservation managers to gave them your name, your dates of stay and the cleaning schedule as I always do. I also followed up with an email prior to your stay. For you to enter the unit with it so messy & uncleaned is an embarassment and I will do everything in my power to see that it does not happen again! Please know that this is not my typical experience with the resort. I do believe that this was a fluke of an error but none the less a big one for you for which I am extremely sorry. Due to your unfortunate experience, I am refunding you the cleaning fee. Regarding the TV and condition of the unit, I will take this up with the management. I am surprised as I have not received this feedback from other renters to date, so thank you for your honest assessment! As an owner, I certainly want the units kept up! Again, my sincere apologies.

The highs were high and lows were low. In reading the other reviews, they still ring true as little has been improved despite others’ complaints. When we arrived, the check in process was confusing (which after speaking to Martha she said she had tried to rectify this issue by having us use her name at check in—we never saw this information until after the fact. After multiple phone calls, the situation was fixed). When we finally got to our room, it was filthy and had not been cleaned. Martha was very responsive as was the office staff. We were put into another nearby room with compensation for one night and able to move back into this condo the next day. Most of these units are time shares, while this is a VRBO. This was very confusing to the staff that worked there. The room was dated—carpet filthy, burners on stove not working, and even after the unit was cleaned, tables were soiled and hair and dirt remained on the bathroom floor. We were disappointed to find that nothing extra was included—coffee filters, beach chairs, salt and pepper—none of the extras usually found in other VRBOs, which really is a pain when flying and unable to bring these things along. Otherwise, Martha’s quick response with our issues, the views from the balcony, location to everything around us and the price point would still leave us considering staying here again.

Please note that there are several reviews as of March 2025 that were rated 10/10 (and this unit is only available once yearly in March)! Unfortunately, this was not your experience due to check-in hassles & lack of cleaning for which I am so sorry. It was unfortunate you had not read the info about checking in that was sent to you prior to your arrival so the problems encountered at the front desk could have been prevented. I have reviewed this with Ocean Landings and, in the future, the resort's goal is to change the check-in procedure so it will not be necessary to provide my name as well as your own. There is no excuse for the unit not being cleaned upon your arrival. However, given that it happened, it was attended to ASAP and you were given another unit which you mentioned you liked very much. Also, as you stated, the rent for that night was reimbursed...not just the cleaning fee which would have been less than half as much as the night's rent. Furthermore, Ocean Landings provided a generous gift certificate to their onsite restaurant along with their apologies. Regarding the condition of the unit, all units in the building are scheduled for renovation beginning this August. Again, so very sorry you had these hassles, but happy to hear, inspite of all, you enjoyed the view and the location and would still consider renting again.

Great View and Location!

Beautiful view of Cocoa Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. It’s different than other VRBO properties I’ve stayed at- there’s a hotel out front and the condo is in the back. You check in like a regular hotel to get your keys. Unfortunately they had no record of my reservation so I had to call the owner and she was very helpful getting it resolved. There’s a bar/grill by the pool and two restaurants out front by the hotel, so lots to do on the grounds. The unit was older and dated, but clean and met our needs. The balcony was great for enjoying the incredible view. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Nice Beach front condo's

Although its older buildings, it was nice, and I loved the close location to the beach and that all the condo rooms are facing the beach. The pool is in a nice sunny spot, but across the parking lot and I didn't like the communal coin laundry, would've been nice if each room had it's own washer/dryer. I travelled with my elderly mother with a walking disability and although the resort has handicap parking, accessibility is a bit of a struggle, re: distance to elevator and the C building had steps and a long walk to the handicap parking. Location is close to many good restaurants. All said I did enjoy my stay, but if you're travelling with a handicap person it's not as convenient. Would stay again if on my own

Great Place!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean. I really liked the towel service and the house keeping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful and not very crowded. The location is close to restaurants and shops.
