Das im Mai 2013 restaurierte Hotel befindet sich im Stadtzentrum (Innenstadt) im historischen Viertel neben dem Bica-Aufzug, der Zugang zu Bairro Alto / Chiado bietet, und in der Nähe des Ribeira-Marktes sowie der U-Bahn-, Bahn-, Bus- und Fährstation.

Great service!!! Great location!!

I definitely recommend this apartment, it is located in a beautiful historical part of Lisbon. Close to transportation and all the turistic and historical points. The property was very cozy and clean!! No complaints! Upon arrival we had wine and fresh fruits in the table.

Top locatie, echter studio is ander ingedeeld dan op afbeeldingen en service schiet te kort

Studio op een toplocatie bij bairro alto. Echter bij aankomst onduidelijkheden over aankomst tijd waardoor we lang hebben moeten wachten. Eigenaar was niet te bereiken, wel collega waardoor het toch werd opgelost. Wifi werkte niet, dit medegedeeld aan eigenaar, geen reactie gehad. En schoonmakers stonden al 2 uur voor ons vertrek uit studio in de kamer om schoon te maken. Al met al mooie studio op goede locatie, maar service matig.

Too noisy to sleep or enjoy

On arrival street festival with large speakers and people eating right next to the windows. Did not end until 2 a.m. and went on all 5 nights that we stayed. ```No proper window insulation with old windows and wooden shutters that did not fit. Then you have the funicular right down the block which closes early and is a magnet for people sitting on the tracks and drinking until late at night. The owner should have told us this festival was going on. The VRBO ad is misleading as it does not say this is a street level apartment and shows a picture of a 2nd floor with a balcony. Dreaded going back to the apartment as there was never a moment of quiet. To be fair the unit itself was very nicely done, clean and quality furnishings but could not make up for no sleep. Pillows were unusable as they were hard as rocks and the beds were hard as well. I called the owner but he offered no help.

Well equipped studio convenient to Cais de Sodre and the fabulous Mercado Ribiera

Miguel has thought of everything in equipping this studio for comfort and convenience. Note that you will hear the conversation of passing pedestrians from this ground floor studio so it may not suit if you are a light sleeper or go to bed early.

confortable mais bruyant

Petit appartement très confortable et très bien situé dans une petite ruelle assez calme à l'écart des artères bruyantes et très (trop) fréquentées par les touristes du Barrio Alto. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire des lieux, Maria. En revanche, l'appartement étant situé au rdc il reste très bruyant compte tenu des nombreux passages nocturnes dans la rue comme dans le hall d'entrée (plusieurs autres locations dans l'immeuble) . Chaque matin les éboueurs viennent vider les poubelles vers 6h30 juste devant les fenêtre dans un vacarme ahurissant, sans compter les travaux dans les bâtiments adjacents en semaine dès 8h. Bref, difficile de récupérer de ses longues journées de marche....

Hébergement refait et bien équipé. Malheureusement la literie est désastreuse. Local humide par manque d'aération ( fenêtre minuscule). Environnement bruyant le soir et le matin malgré une rue à l'écart des axes principaux. Un vitrage donnant dans le couloir diffuse l'éclairage dans la chambre à chaque passage de résident ce qui est très désagréable... à une heure du matin.

ESTUPENDA ESTANCIA

El apartamento es tal como aparece en las fotos. Ni grande ni pequeño para 2 personas pero con todo lo necesario. Limpio. El trato de María estupendo, como si nos conociera de toda la vida. Muy cerca de todo, desde supermercados a bares y en una zona con mucha vida. Si tengo que poner un pero sería que para estancias más largas pusieran un tenderete de esos plegables por si quieres lavar la ropa (el del baño se queda muy pequeño, es sólo para toallas). Lo recomiendo. Lisboa es una ciudad increíble y para conocerla bien contar con un apartamento como este, donde estás a gusto es esencial. Gracias de nuevo a María y a la chica que limpiaba por su amabilidad.

Great studio in central location

It is a great place to stay for a trip to Lisbon! Located in the lively neighbourhood Bairro Alto it is very central to reach the rest of the city by foot (including metro/train station). The studio is equipped with everything you need and is very clean. Miguel is a great host and gave some tips for seeing the city. Would definitely recommend this place!

Hyggeligt

Hyggelig lille lejlighed. Fantastisk modtagelse af Maria, som havde stillet jordbær og portvin til os. I lejligheden er der stort set alt, hvad man har brug for, og den ligger godt i forhold til små hyggelige gader og butikker, metroen og sporvogn. Lejligheden var pæn og ren, og alt virkede ret nyt. Men der er en frygtelig larm, så nattesøvn fik vi ikke meget af. Næsten hver nat kom der en skraldebil. som larmede lige udenfor vinduet. Når folk snakker udenfor, lyder det som om de står inde i lejligheden. Vi kunne ikke åbne vinduerne, fordi der sad en hængelås på dem, så vi kunne desværre ikke lufte ud. Billederne af lejligheden her på siden snyder lidt, fordi de er blandet sammen af tre forskellige lejligheder. Vi troede, at vi havde lejet noget med minimum et soveværelse + en sovesofa, men det viste sig, at det havde vi ikke. Det var lidt irriterende, fordi vi var mor og søn på tur, og havde bruge for at vi ikke skulle sove i samme rum, men det gik, og vi havde en hyggelig ferie.

Je recommande vivement cet appartement. Il est parfait pour passer quelques nuits à Lisbonne ! L'appartement est moderne et bien situé : il se trouve dans une rue calme mais très proche du quartier festif de Bairro Alto et de Cais do Sodré. En moins de 10 minutes à pied, vous pouvez rejoindre le centre de la ville. De plus, Maria, très sympathique, nous a accueilli chaleureusement avec du raisin et du vin de porto (un vrai délice !) J'y retournerai certainement !

Comfortable apartment!

This apartment is located in the center city. You can easily go anywhere in Lisbon. Cafes and a supermarkets are near in this apartment. In particular, I liked a big food court . I couldn’t easily chose foods, because there are many shops. If you want to enjoy Lisbon , I recommend this apartment. 　このアパートは中心市街地にあるため、すぐに観光スポットへ行くことができます。また、カフェとスーパーマーケットが近くにあるため、非常に便利でした。特に近くにある大きなフードコートは楽しかったです。色々なお店があり、おみやげもそこで買うことができました。 　写真でもわかりますが、日本の「ござ」が敷いてあることから、オーナーは日本文化に理解があり、一人旅の私でも安心して過ごすことができました。 　リスボンはのんびりしたとても穏やかな街です。一週間滞在して、とても好きになりました。もしリスボン情緒を堪能したいのであれば、宿泊にはこちらの宿をおすすめします。

una estancia estupenda

Miguel's reception was warm, helpful and details of fruit and wine as welcome package were appreciated!. My nephews and I spent a lovely time. Some details should be improved and were discussed with Miguel; despite this, the apartment was very clean and prepared. All was very pleasant and surroundings and neighbourghood were as well very kind and comfortable. You can find two tinny bars/restaurants by the apartments on your left hand and a very friendly bar (Nando's) on the right that includes a small shop that provides you with any urgent article for breakfasts, dinners and urgencies!!! Lovely city a visited almost 40 years ago that keeps all the "encanto and magia". Thanks Miguel; I hope visiting again your wonderful twon. elena Thanks for the good time, elena

intimate and comfortable apartment

fully equipped apartment, at the center of nightlife in the district Chiado. small and intimate, for a young couple of boyfriends or friends. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and utensils. the bathroom is perfect, small but has a large shower. the living room / bedroom is comfortable and bright. in 2/3 minute walk can be reached about anything, the restaurants, the 2 railway stations, metro, the most important squares, coffee bars, and in the evening just go up to rua da bica and will be plunged in the nightlife of Lisbon. Miguel and his wife are friendly and helpful. if we return to Lisbon definitely we would choose this apartment again. appartamento completamente accessoriato, al centro della movida nel quartire Chiado. piccolo e intimo, per una giovane coppia di fidanzati o amici. la cucina è fornita di tutti gli elettrodomestici e gli utensili. il bagno è perfetto, piccolo ma ha una grande doccia. il soggiorno/camera da letto è accogliente e luminoso. in 2/3 minuti a piedi è raggiungibile qualsiasi cosa, ristoranti, 2 stazioni ferroviarie, metro, le piazze più importanti, bar caffe, e la sera basta salire per rua da bica e sarete immersi nella movida di lisbona. miguel e sua moglie sono gentili e disponibili. se dovessimo tornare a lisbona sicuramente sceglieremmo di nuovo questo appartamento.

Lovely flat

l'appartement de Miguel est super, très bien placé, à 2 minutes du métro, dans une ruelle très calme. Appartement nickel, tout neuf, avec tout ce qu'il faut, lave linge et lave vaisselle. Peut être le seul inconvénient c'est qu'il est au rez de chaussée et ainsi dès qu'il y a quelqu'un dans le hall de l'immeuble on entend tout mais il y a très peu de passage. Excellent séjour chez Miguel !

Nice , Nice , Nice ........

This apartment is pleasant, not very large but well located close to the center of town. A few steps from apt. is Mercado da Ribeira and very important for us train station Cais do Sodre from which we started our trips to beaches.. The booking process was very efficient and friendly. The owner Miguel is very kind and helpful. The flat was very clean and very well equipped incl. kitchen. All in all we really enjoyed Lisbon and also our trips to telecabine and Cristo Rei.. Really good apartment il Lisbon!

We stayed here for a weekend, the apartment is exactly as in the pictures, situated in a quiet street in the city center, near to the "Elevador da Bica", a very typical tram that runs the downhill. You can find restaurants and pubs close to the house. The apartment was clean, it has the heating (important because a lot of houses in Portugal don't have it!) and all the appliances that you can desire. The host is very kind, he gives us abottle of wine and fruit for our arrival, information about the city, places to visit and so on. I really recommend this apartment, I'm sure that next time I will come back here; Lisbon is a very special and beautiful city, to discover and never predictable... I left there a piece of my heart.

Modern u. sauber - aber recht laute Straße

Wir waren in dem Apartment im Erdgeschoss. Es handelt sich um ein 1-Raum Apartment (Küche, Wohnzimmer und Schlafsofa in einem Raum). Das Bad ist natürlich in einem separatem Raum, ohne Fenster. Die Einrichtung ist modern und stylisch. Die Küche hat alles was man so braucht. Die Übergabe erfolgte reibungslos, der Vermieter ist vertrauenswürdig. Zu bemängeln ist die Lautstärke. Die bodentiefen Fenster sind direkt zur Straße und ziemlich undicht, wodurch viel Lärm ins Zimmer eindringt. Man darf nicht vergessen, das die Partyzone nicht weit entfernt ist und abends immer viel los auf den Straßen ist. Wir sind ein junges Paar, welches zum Partymachen in die Stadt gefahren sind. Daher hat es uns nicht weiter gestört. Ich würde es weiterempfehlen.

lo primero que quiero decir, esque este estudio esta a ras del suelo,por lo tanto, la gente que pasa por la calle te puede llegar a very los dias de lluvia entra el agua por debajo de la ventana. me surgio un problema con el calefactor, intente comunicarme con ellos y recibi respuesta cuando habian pasado 4 dias. el dia que llegue a Lisboa, habiamos marcado una hora y me hicieron esperar en la calle casi 20 min. en general la atencion no ha sido la adecuada.

Esta senhora não foi capaz de combinar as horas correctamente chegando a esperar pelo ultimo dia para informar que afinal chegava de noite e não de manhã como inicialmente informou. Desde o primeiro dia que teve má vontade e não queria pagar o acordado inicialmente, obrigando-me a aguardar que termina-se o jantar para me efectuar o pagamento correcto. Devo acrescentar que após uns dias decidiu que queria ir-se embora e pediu reembolso contactando insistentemente para que fosse reembolsada pelos dias que decidiu não ficar. Não sei qual o seu objectivo da viagem mas foi claramente conflituosa desde o primeiro momento e espero que outros proprietários não passem o que nós passamos pois já alugamos há muito tempo e felizmente é raro termos este tipo de hóspedes.

Très bien

studio conforme à la description. très propre. En rez de chaussée mais calme car les voitures ne peuvent pas circuler jusqu'au bout de la rue. Juste à côté de l'ascenseur Bica, donc on peut tout faire à pied,et tout proche de la gare de Cais do Sodre (métro, tram, train). Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Maria qui s'est chargée de nous réserver un taxi pour notre départ dans la nuit. Merci pour sa gentillesse. Lisbonne est magnifique. Veronique et Michèle

Encantada!!

El apartamento esta muy bien situado, junto al elevador da Bica, ideal para visitar casi toda Lisboa andando, esta muy limpio y es nuevo. Nos recibio Rose que junto con su amiga Marta, fueron muy amables y nos explicaron perfectamente como movernos para visitar los lugares de interes, Lo recomendamos sin duda a todas las personas que quieran visitar Lisboa, volveriamos sin dudarlo nos encanto el lugar y se nos hizo muy corto.

Perfect location, could not be better. For two friends travelling it has all the basics you need. Wonderfull neighbours, helpfull and friendly. The host is also very sweet and helpfull. I have had many friends who has stayed in the appartment after me, everyone loved it. You are going to love lisboa:)
