Unsere 4-Schlafzimmer / 4-Bad-Ski-in / Ski-out-Ferienwohnung (Edelweiss 17) verfügt über ein brandneues Interieur. massive Kerntüren, alle neuen Holzarbeiten, wunderschön restaurierte Hickory-Böden, neue Farben, Teppiche, Beleuchtungskörper, Deckenventilatoren, Sanitärinstallationen und Edelstahlgeräte Alle Badezimmer verfügen über benutzerdefinierte Fliesen, dem Stand der Technik Glasduschtüren und im Boden Wärme! Die Möbel sind neu ab Winter 2017!

Neue Betten, Betten, Bettwäsche und Geschirr! Gemütliche bis zum Wohnzimmer Kamin mit benutzerdefinierten gestapelt Stein und geräumigen Herd. Große Ski-Schränke mit benutzerdefinierten Holztüren und handgeschmiedet Hardware zu halten alle das Resort Spielzeug versteckt. Das Hauptschlafzimmer (King) befindet sich auf der Hauptebene mit zwei Schlafzimmer-Suiten (King und Queen) im Obergeschoss und einem geräumigen Rollbett (4 Einzelbetten) mit angeschlossenem Bad für alle jüngeren Reisenden auf der unteren Ebene. Das Kinderzimmer verfügt zudem über einen TV und eine XBox.

Die untere Ebene hat auch eine große Waschküche mit voller Größe Waschmaschine / Trockner und wir haben auch ein Pack / Spiel Krippe.

Genießen Sie die Aussicht auf die Nadel, die für das Fegefeuer charakteristische Bergkette mit 14.000 Fuß Gipfeln, vom Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer oder der privaten Terrasse aus. Das Parken am Resort ist eine Premium-Unterkunft. Diese Wohnung verfügt über einen Carport mit 2 Autos und zusätzliche Parkplätze für 2 weitere Autos.

Nur wenige Schritte von den Pisten entfernt, ist Edelweiss einer der begehrtesten Orte am Berg. Diese liebevoll umgebaute Wohnung bietet viel Platz für mehrere Familien. Great location, condo was ok

The wifi was not working and all the network names and passwords provided did not exist and didn't work. I finally called the support number that was provided and they provided a 4th password to try. After I rewired the modem and router I finally got it to work. One of the toilets wasn't flushed when we arrived and the condo is not very clean. The kitchen is lacking a few items that would have been nice to have, like foil, grilling tools, a strainer and spices. Overall it was ok and the location is amazing.

Needs improvements

Queen bed so hard we had to buy a mattress topper, the bathroom had no toilet paper holder, only one lamp, tv in closet on the floor instead of the bedroom wall, the window shade was broken so couldn’t open & close and no hand towels in any bathrooms had to use a wash cloth. The kitchen was sparsely supplied with only a few cooking utensils no Corning Ware type glass containers to use in oven or microwave. I guess they don’t expect people to cook. Only one meager floor lamp in living room & no ceiling lighting so really dark. No chairs on patio only a table so couldn’t sit outside. No pillow cases for the extra pillows they provided. They did have adequate floor fans which was a positive. It was nicely decorated. They did provide liquid hand soap in the bathrooms.

Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was good and a quick step across to the slopes for immediate ski access. The only thing we would have really expected was the walk across to the slopes to be cleared for those who have to walk to them. They snow was plied up and not cleared for our area and had to walk down to the end of the complex to access the slopes.

The place is in a great location on the mountain. It didn’t seem like some spaces were cleaned but the management had someone come out quickly to clean. We really appreciated that. It definitely has some wear and tear but it was nice every room had a bathroom.

Purgatory Resort

We had a great time here and enjoyed the proximity to the chair lift. We arrived pretty late our first night and the check in instructions didn't include our unit number which prolonged us getting situated, otherwise fine. I'm sure we will be back, we loved the area! Pro tip: Purgatory is 40 minutes from a grocery store be sure to load up in Durango before heading out. You likely won't want to make that trip too many times. There is a small market right here near the resort for anything you may have forgotten.

Loved that we had our own driveway and parking spots. The management company was great and responded quickly to our needs. Purgatory mountain has family friendly activities and unit is within a 2 min walk. Not very many grocery stores nor restaurants close by, so will need to drive into Durango for those. Old Schoolhouse Cafe has great pizza! Would definitely stay here again. I do recommend to other visitors as well.

We had a couple of issues but VRC was very responsive and helped out quickly. The downstairs trundle bed was pretty broken down and needs repair. One pillow had a big stain on it and should be thrown away for professionalism sake. Mattresses were just ok and probably need replacing soon. Upstairs bedframe needs attention. Overall we had a good stay.

Overall, an okay place.

First off, the management company was very responsive and the guy that came out was great. The location was great- we have stayed at this same complex (not specific condo) before. The condo is nice, but lacking some attention to detail. The living room lighting is non-existent, the pots and pans were horrible (we asked for new ones and the management brought new ones), the kitchen has very little supplies (no spices, salt or pepper, few cups, few utensils, not great cooking utensils, and the dishwasher isn’t great), the table only seats 6 and the condo advertises sleeps 10, one of the bathrooms upstairs smelled moldy and shower wasn’t great, and the WiFi was terrible (pretty much never worked). We love the location of the condo, but not sure we would stay in this specific one again.

There are none so it's very dark 2. add a screen to the kitchen lower sliding window and fix the broken screen above it. 3. The grease in the bottom off the gas grill needs to be emptied periodically. Outstanding place if you have kids cause they have a great bedroom on the bottom floor with excellent electronic entertainment center and TV.. certainly would stay again.
