Suchen Sie nicht weiter, 123 Georgia Ruth hat alles, was Sie für Ihren Strandurlaub brauchen! Mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2. 5 Bädern bietet dieses Haus bequem Platz für bis zu 12 Personen! Das Haus ist geschmackvoll mit Inseldekor eingerichtet und bietet einen geräumigen Wohnbereich, den alle Gäste genießen können. Dieses Haus umfasst drei Etagen. In der ersten Etage befinden sich der Eingang zum Haus, die Garage und ein Schlafzimmer, das sich hinter der Garage neben dem Poolbereich befindet. Die zweite Etage besteht aus zwei geräumigen Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnbereich, einem Essbereich und einer Küche. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, um den Kochbedürfnissen unserer Gäste gerecht zu werden! Die dritte Etage besteht aus einem übergroßen offenen Hauptschlafzimmer.

Der Hinterhof dieses Hauses ist ein tropisches Paradies mit einem privaten Pool und einem Whirlpool. Es ist der perfekte Ort, um sich im Urlaub zu entspannen!

123 E. Georgia Ruth liegt weniger als einen halben Block vom Strand entfernt und bietet Gästen einfachen Zugang zu den weißen Sandstränden von South Padre Island!

Overall, it was a good stay, house was decently clean, plenty of space! Beach was a couple minute walk and with easy access. Would definitely recommend for family gatherings and vacations!

The house was lovely. I do recommend cleaning or throwing iron in master bedroom. It was staining clothes with orange stains. I would also recommend putting trash bags in the kitchen. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend.

I didn't like that the master bed room is open to living room so you hear everything going on down stairs and I didn't like that one of the rooms is outside in garage area completely separate , pool wasn't to clean , and they need a new stove and microwave

Great time and communication

Check in was easy, communication through the stay was exceptional. There were some inconveniences', but SPI took care of them right away. Leo was responsive and followed up to ensure the fixes were done as expected. This made the stay much less stressful and enjoyable. Would stay through SPI again.

Very beautiful home!

The house was huge and very lovely, had everything i needed in the kitchen which was awesome. The only thing was the master suite restroom sink was clogged. Other than that overall stay was great! Will be staying here again!

Perfect location and great fit for our family

The house was a great fit for our family. If you are looking at this location please be mindful that the room with the bunks is NOT actually inside the house. It is a bottom floor room between the garage and the outdoor patio. The location is perfectly located as we were able to walk to the beach. There is a small grocery store at the end of the block for any essentials.

Perfect for Large Family

We enjoyed our time at the house on Georgia Ruth We didn’t quite realize the downstairs room was detached from the rest of the house, and off of the garage - but it did not stop us from enjoying the property. The space was perfect for our party of 10 (all adults). Access to the beach was super easy and quick.
