Lodging for you and your horses, state land and a host of trails behind the home, direct access to trails, lakes, mountain biking, and grocery stores, all within walking distance—and minutes from historic downtown! Patio area with table, chairs, firepit, and grill to sip a drink after a ride or night gaze at the clear sky and twinkling stars above. So much to do in Northern Arizona. Hiker, trail rider, and mountain biker paradise. Next to Pioneer Park and 5 minutes to the lakes, you can kayak, paddleboard, birdwatch, and much more. 1 hour to Sedona, 1.5 hours to Flagstaff, and 2.5 hours to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon.

This property is a duplex and has been fully remodeled. It is sparkling clean and has local owners nearby.
