Dieses Haus hat die Aussicht! Freie Sicht auf den Pazifischen Ozean, Tomales Bay und Dillon Beach. Drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, mit einem Spielzimmer. Hauptgeschoss besteht aus offenem Grundriss: Küche - Esszimmer - Wohnzimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmern und Bad. Very nice house with great views. A couple things that would have been helpful to know that there is 14 steep steps going up to main floor and we had elderly people with us so not very easy to get them up the stairs. Would not recommend anyone with a walker. There is no lights above the kitchen table so a little dark in the evenings to play cards or when eating. No blinds or curtains on main floor- would have helped with the glare and a little privacy but overall a nice place.

The views were definitely the best thing about the house. The photos don’t show how dated the property is. We determined it was like going to Grandma’s house. It was clean, just don’t look too closely at certain things.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The game room and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The views are amazing. The stairs going in were quite steep and as warned, slippery when wet. It would have been nice to have some kind of window coverings for the afternoon sun. I would definitely recommend this property.

As stated by previous reviews, there were pros and cons to this home. Awesome location near Dillon beach access however it was a steep hilly walk to/from beach. The house was nice & clean however a bit dated. The deck, stairs & lounge chairs needs some TLC. Hot tub was perfect. Game room was fun but did have an interesting odor. Overall a great property & fun times were had by all :) Thank you!

Sea-renity on Oceana

This lovely spot has an incredible view! Pictures can’t do it justice. The home was comfortable and well insulated from the crisp sea breeze. We saw several deer coming through the property, a couple rabbits, and many different birds. Instructions were clear and very helpful. Would recommend!

Beautiful views!

The four of us really enjoyed our stay and the property is in an excellent location for stunning views. The furniture and overall interior was a bit lackluster compared to the many vacation rentals I have stayed in at Dillon Beach, but I would stay again.

Rustic View Retreat

The views are spectacular and the location is lovely (steep hill and stairs tho for anyone with mobility issues). We were there as a family and truly enjoyed our time. It does need to be pointed out, however, that the home is more rustic and a bit more run down than the pictures imply. The salt air has taken a toll and not much has been updated. For the price we paid, I expected something closer to the pictures. But overall a fun place for a getaway with plenty to keep family members engaged and relaxed.

Spectacular view and location
