120 m2 in der schönsten, die schönsten Viertel von Barcelona, ​​mit dem Leben Plaza. Die "Heute" Gracia historisch entspricht einer kleinen Stadt in der Nähe der antiken Stadt von Barcelona durch die aktuelle Hauptstraße (Paseo de Gracia) Villa und hat sich bis heute, Merkmale bilden eine sehr urbane Raster gehalten typisch für die alten Dörfer (enge Gassen, viele von ihnen Fußgänger und Plätzen. Fußgängern vorbehalten)

Eine besondere Umgebung, wo Sie den Alltag ihrer Bürger, ihre Kinder zu genießen und zu verloren zu Fuß durch die Straßen gehen zu einem Abenteuer der neuen Erfahrungen. (Shops, Restaurants und Plätze) Wir laden Sie ein für sich selbst entdecken.

Die Wohnung auch bei einem Aufenthalt von zwei Nächte mit einem Aufpreis von 40 € erhältlich sein.

What a terrific location. The view of the square off the living room provided endless entertainment. The Gracie area is home to many outstanding tapas options and coffee/acai/bakeries for breakfast.

Very convenient, but be aware of two flights of narrow stairs - didn't affect us (group of 4: 60-70). Would easily stay again.

The suite is centrally located and easy to walk to great shopping and cool bistro’s. It’s bustling day and night- giving you the real Spanish experience. We loved our stay in Barcelona and will definitely be back.

Great stay for familes

We really enjoyed our stay here. The square provided lots of entertainment for the 3 young kids we were traveling with, and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax after a long day of sightseeing. The metro station and restaurants were all an easy walk. The stairs are narrow and were a little tricky to navigate with bags/stroller but did not detract at all.

Great stay in an area that makes you feel like a local resident

Our family of 4 had a great stay here! Super spacious with an authentic “old” Barcelona feel. Beds are comfy and AC works great. The square is amazing with everything you may need and great food. There was a big presentation on the Friday night with music, dancing and even a castell (human tower!). Lovely neighbourhood to walk around and feel less like a tourist.Thanks for a great stay.

Nice Place to Stay

This location is as advertised, although the stairs to the apartment are a bit narrow and difficult to navigate with luggage. Easy access to many restaurants as well as taxis. I had good communication with Javier and the check-in process was easy.

Perfect location to explore Barcelona

Our only regret is that we were not able to stay longer in this very spacious and comfortable suite. It overlooked a very lively neighbourhood square that offered access to many restaurants and shops. We walked to many of the iconic Barcelona sights, and our host Javier was very helpful in responding to our enquiries and getting us a taxi at an early morning hour. Thanks so much Javier - we hope to return!

Great Homelike Space!

The unit was located in a great neighbourhood that made us feel like we were living in BCN. The plaza outside was terrific. The main bedroom was located in the back of the unit with blackout blinds (dark and quiet), we had awesome sleeps. The kitchen was well equipped and the washer came in handy during our stay. Gracia Javier for a wonderful experience!

Our group (4 senior adults) spent 3 nights in May at the apartment Javier was very helpful in coordinating the checkin process, and let us drop off luggage early. The location was amazing and we loved being on the square. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Our only concern was the steep stairs — and that was simply everywhere in Portugal. Thank you!

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was located in a nice part of town. The residence was spacious and my family had plenty of room while staying. Unfortunately, the fuse continued to blow several times a day so when we returned after a long day we needed to wait for the air conditioning units to cool the place down again once we flipped the fuse in the box. The property owner was helpful and indicated where the box was so we didn't have to wait for his arrival. Overall it was a nice stay.

A Taste of Local Life in Barcelona

We loved this apartment. Ideal for 4 adults, spacious and well appointed. It overlooks a lovely square where you get a glimpse of local life in Barcelona. Everything you need within steps of the place — restaurants, bakeries, gelato, small supermarkets. It is on the second level of a walk up so be prepared if you have heavy cases. Totally doable.

Loved this location

Stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 5. Spacious and comfortable. The owner was responsive and helpful with an unexpected problem (city shut off water for a short time). Easy to get keys and access. We loved this area. It overlooks a plaza that feels full of local families. It's lively and vibrant on the weekends and evenings with families and friends enjoying the space (but also doesn't stay noisy too late). Lots of nearby shops for coffee, pastry, empanadas (!!) etc.

Great place in excellent location

Beautiful apartment with excellent facilities (though it could do with a dvd player), very clean and bright, exactly as the photos show. Location on the square was great when travelling with children, plenty of space for them to run around while parents can sit and relax in the numerous restaurants and cafe's around the square. There was a small fiesta while we were there and we were treated to a full orchestra playing one evening. Plenty of small unique shops in the area. The owner was very helpful in every regard. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Barcelona

Our family of five (3 children - all young adults) stayed in the apartment. There was plenty of space for all of us to relax on our own and also come together comfortably. The location of the apartment was away from the main tourist zones (which we always try to do) and the square outside our door was lively. Great restaurants, meat/cheese, empanadas, pastries, and the most delicious gelato were all available in the square. Supermerkat convenience store was also in the square, and larger ones were close by. Javier was a wonderful host who answered our questions quickly and was available if we needed anything. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Gracias Javier!

Live like a local in a real Barcelona neighborhood

Can't recommend this apartment highly enough. It's right on the main plaza of Villa de Gracia, a human-scale neighborhood with plenty of markets, shops, bars, restaurants, and street life. Peaceful at night and lively during the day, it's just a short walk to the best known sights (Sagrada Familia, buildings and parks by Dali and Gaudi, etc.) and a few blocks to bus lines and the metro to visit the rest of the city. The apartment was spacious and spotless, down to the individual pieces of cutlery in the kitchen. The beds, sofas, and other furniture were very comfortable; towels and sheets were super clean and plentiful; and the building itself is well maintained. The balcony offers the best view of the all the goings-on in the plaza, which during Carnival month were plentiful. We stayed for a full month. Host Javier did an excellent job of staying in touch, arranged for periodic housekeeping for us, and made sure everything was in order.
