Genießen Sie in unserem einstöckigen Stadthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern die beste Lage von Moab und die herrliche Natur. Tolle Aussicht auf den Moab Rim und den Gold Bar Rim und nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt entfernt. Eine Garage für 2 Autos plus 3 zusätzliche Auffahrten und ausreichend Parkplätze an der Straße machen dieses Haus zum idealen Begleiter für alle Ihre Anhänger und Spielsachen!

Ein offener Grundriss und viele Sitzgelegenheiten für alle in Ihrer Gruppe mit einem 60-Zoll-Fernseher und Kamin im Wohnzimmer, einem 45-Zoll-Fernseher im Hauptschlafzimmer, einem 32-Zoll-Fernseher im Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett, WIFI und einer Waschmaschine / Trockner (Waschmittel ist vorhanden) unter der Voraussetzung). Ein geschützter Innenhof mit Kitchen Aid BBQ sowie mehreren weiteren Sitzbereichen im Freien und einem privaten, eingezäunten Garten machen dieses Haus perfekt für Kinder und Haustiere. Viele Spiele und Reiseführer sind ebenfalls vorhanden und die Tischtennisplatte befindet sich in der Garage.

Das gemeinschaftliche Hallenbad ist eines der einzigen ganzjährig geöffneten Schwimmbäder in Moab.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for three nights in this spot which was close to Main Street on a quiet street. We were very happy with everything except the main TV which we spent a long time trying to get to work with the instructions we'd received (which, it turned out, were different from the instructions actually at the house). Neither set of instructions got any of the channels to work. We were only there during the evenings and called for support and were told that the manager couldn't take her technicians away from their families in the evenings to try to fix this. They did come the next day while we were gone and got it going, telling us that it was all working fine when they got there. We had asked to send us their updated instructions if they came but never received them. Otherwise a very nice place and good exeprience.

Thanks for the thoughtful review—we really appreciate it. We’re so glad you enjoyed the location and the overall stay. That said, we hear you on the TV frustration. Having two different sets of instructions (neither of which worked) is on us, and we can see how that would be especially disappointing when you’re just trying to relax in the evenings. We also understand the timing wasn’t ideal. While we do have some limitations with after-hours technician availability, we should have done a better job troubleshooting remotely and, most importantly, following up with clear, updated instructions after the fix. That piece shouldn’t have been missed. We’ve since reviewed and streamlined the instructions for the home to make sure they’re accurate and easy to follow moving forward. Thanks again for the feedback—we’re glad you still had a good experience overall and hope to host you again next time you’re in Moab.

Extremely happy. House was located near many restaurants, and away from the busy Main Street area. Two car garage and plenty of room on the driveway to park. The kitchen was well equipped and a good choice of spices and seasonings. A for our host. Extremely good at communicating with us to make sure all was satisfactory and no issues.

Stayed for three nights to show beautiful Moab to our family members visiting from PA. It was perfect cute house for four of us! Private fire area in the backyard was really nice to enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Driveway was big enough to park our truck and a RZR. We didn’t use the pool this time, but we’d love to try it next time. The house is a duplex. We could hear TV from next door until around 2 am and had to move from a master bedroom to a different bedroom. Other than that, we had a great stay. From booking the place to arriving, staying, checking out, all the steps were simple to follow. The text message I received from the host before arriving was very kind. Thank you!

Clean and Convenient

Great location and base for a family get together while exploring the Moab area. Check-in/Check-out was easy, and the home is well appointed. Very happy over all, and would stay again.
