Fun in Moab

We enjoyed our family vacation in Moab and our stay at Breccia house. We liked the location, close enough to Moab and all the outdoor activities but far enough away to be quiet. The home was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. We really liked the onsite playground for the kids.

Perfect for Families and great location

The house is large and roomy with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Great outdoor gathering area with a gas fire pit and gas grill. All was in good working condition. The views from the property was very nice. Good neighborhood.

Always great!

We've stayed here for years now! You will absolutely love the property and the location. It is a little outside town, but the peace and quiet along with the spectacular views around the outdoor fire pit are to die for! Kitchen is fully capable and the garage space is a bonus!

The house was exactly as advertised. It had a great fire put out back for evening hangs. The rooms were comfortable. They provide basic supplies in the kitchen which was really nice. A little out of town, the wrong way for parks, but nice and quiet.

Met our needs really well

It was a great home to stay in for our family reunion. We had small children and they loved the swings, slide and sand the back of the house. Bed were comfortable. Plenty of room. Easy to find. Host was quick to answer our questions.

Great property

We (four families with kids from 3-9) had a blast at this property! The sand volleyball pit, playground and grassy area kept the kids busy when we weren’t out exploring Moab. The sleeping arrangements were perfect…plenty of space for everyone! The parking area was huge and accommodated our three UTVs and trailers with ease. This is our new place to stay each time we come out.

Beautiful Moab

This is a stellar property with everything you need for a great family vacation. We had all of our children and grandchildren with room to spare. The open floor plan for living, kitchen, dining allowed us to be together, while the ample bedrooms allowed for privacy when wanted. Fully-stocked kitchen, grill & outdoor play areas were great. Location is a little out of town, but was actually nice & quiet. Highly recommend!

The house and outdoor area are more than adequate for a large group. There are a lot of kitchen staples, but lacking a few cooking/baking items. Sound travels in this property. The property manager returns inquiries rapidly. Overall a nice place!

This property is amazing. You will not be disappointed. We had five couples, five Jeeps, two trucks and trailers. We had plenty of room in the house for everyone and parking for vehicles. The gas fire pit was wonderful for gathering around and discussing our daily adventures. None of us would hesitate about renting this home for future trips.

Lots of room, clean and cozy! Perfect parking for the SXSs and trailers we pulled. Quiet neighborhood with nice privacy. Great location, only minutes from downtown for food and shopping. My suggestion is to bring extra paper goods. TP, papers towels and trash bags for sure. Definitely not enough for 10 people for 9 days.

Wonderful Time!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Thank you for having us! House was clean, kitchen was fully stocked, gas grill was used multiple times, super convenient to Moab! We visited Arches and Canyonlands and enjoyed shopping and eating downtown as well! We even put a puzzle together and signed our name on the box. Kids took advantage of the volleyball court and playground. Adults enjoyed the outside picnic table and sitting around the fire pit. Great memories were made!

Nice property to stay

This house has everything we need at our stay. The only issues we have was the internet is out, power outage the day after we stay, but it came back on in the evening. Three days later a shower handle that turn off/on in the shower room fail. I contacted the property manager and she said she will get someone to fix it.

Great Home Base - A Must Stay!!!

Our group travels to moab multiple times a year and generally stay in traditional hotels or cabins in the area. We are a jeepimg group and this house was better for our reason for staying there. Plenty of beds, and great flow of the house for larger groups. The property has parking space for trailers. The outdoor yard has been set up nicely for late afternoon BBQ time. Well done up with furnishings. Our group is happy to say this house is now our home Base for moab. Great job Tanna, we look forward to our next stay... 😀
