Villa Anastasia Prines

Die klimatisierte Villa verfügt über 120 m² Wohnfläche.

Es gibt ein schönes, geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (mit allen Kochgelegenheiten), einem Eckkamin und einer Sitzecke aus Stein. Es gibt auch einen hölzernen Essbereich mit ausreichend Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Die große Balkontür öffnet sich zum privaten Garten, wo auch ein großer Esstisch für fünf Personen vorhanden ist. WLAN ist in jedem Zimmer verfügbar. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Flachbild-Sat-TV und eine Klimaanlage im gesamten Haus (Klimaanlage ist im Preis inbegriffen). In der Küche gibt es alles, was Sie brauchen, um leichte Snacks oder formelle Abendessen zuzubereiten.
Auf derselben Etage führt ein kleiner Flur zu zwei Schlafzimmern, eines mit einem Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Beide Schlafzimmer haben Blick auf den Garten. Auf dieser Etage befindet sich auch ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Duschkabine. Im Badezimmer finden Sie eine Waschmaschine für Ihre Bequemlichkeit!
Eine Treppe verbindet das Erdgeschoss mit der ersten Etage, in der sich ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett befindet. Es gibt auch eine eigene Dusche im Schlafzimmer und einen kleinen Ankleideraum.

Außenbereich

  Außerhalb der Terrassen auf zwei Ebenen gibt es eine gemütliche, möblierte Terrasse mit einem großen handgefertigten Steinsofa und einem Steingrill, der neben dem Sofa aufgestellt ist. Der Außenbereich ist ideal für ein Abendessen mit Familie und Freunden.
Diese Villa befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, in der Sie eine Fahrt machen können und die absolute Naturschönheit der Insel spüren können. Neben dem Pool und den Sonnenschirmen stehen unseren Gästen Sonnenliegen zur Verfügung. Eine Außendusche befindet sich an einem Ende des Pools.

Perfect stay, I recommend

Very nice stay, the place was perfect for the hot wave week we spent there. It was really easy to communicate with the staff at any time of the day. It was really calm and you have everything you need at a five minute walk (restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy...) I really recommend the place!! Thanks for the stay, Florence.

Idyllic and unforgettable holiday

cannot emphasise enough how special this villa is. Charming, peaceful, and beautifully decorated inside and out, we could find no fault with it. We had a sound night’s sleep every night on the CocoMat mattresses and were completely relaxed throughout the day in the very private garden and pool area and its comfortable sun loungers. Echoing previous reviews, what made our stay truly special was Anastasia herself, who was so warm and positive and made us all feel truly welcome. Her cooking was exceptional, and we were treated almost every day to a different mouth-watering local dish. On one evening after we’d finished our dinner and were lamenting our lack of dessert, Anastasia as if by magic knocked on the door with a freshly baked apple & cinnamon cake in hand! It was a perfect holiday- Anastasia is so kind and thoughtful and the villa itself so beautifully relaxed that we have booked again for next summer and cannot wait go back. Thank you, Anastasia, for your wonderful hospitality and we are very much looking forward to seeing you again, and of course your boys, Felix and Ginger, too!

Some time to adjust

We found the Villa Anastasia clean and charming inside. The outdoor space is the highlight of this property with a nice pool and pleasing outdoor courtyard with plants and evening lighting The Villa itself in my opinion is really suited for those desiring to be in a more remote village than near the heart of Rethymno. Our initial arrival at night and perception found the area run down. The neighbor hood a mixture of nice homes and vacant lots or neglected properties. For several nights dogs barked for hours making sleep difficult without earplugs While the local people and restaurants were great and friendly it took me several days to feel completey comfortable. The bathroom upstairs is also too small for anyone over 5 foot 9. This should be noted in the listing. I do not want to sound negative as the property was nice. Just not for everyone in my opinion. The property management firm needs to be more open about the listing In the end we did enjoy Crete but may have chosen something closer to the old Port

Villa Anastasia

We had a lovely 10 days in Crete and will be back next year. Just not at this villa. Villa Anastasia is located centrally if you want to explore, hiring a car is a must. The villa itself is traditionally decorated and has everything you would need, bedrooms are lovely. Showers are small making it less relaxing but perfectly adequate. Living room is open plan with the kitchen and small, but it was functional and we were out every day so did not pose a problem. The garden and pool are the real gem of this villa, plenty of space and shade. Dips in the pool after our days at the beach were great, water was lovely and warm. The building next door is under construction which does create a lot of noise but this will be temporary. There are a couple of loose floor tiles that could do with repair but did not bother us, might be more of a concern if you have young children. The only issue we had was the wedding venue opposite the villa. It caters for hundreds of people and has very loud live music. On the first Sat we were there live music went on until 05:00am then as the band packed up the guests sang until 05:45am. None of my family were able to sleep. Speaking with locals this happens every/most Saturdays. I think this should be included in the villa description and at the very least, ear plugs provided with the welcome pack. We wasted the following day of our holiday catching up on sleep.

Great spot for the Rethymnon experience

Very quaint property. Excellent location, three restaurants and a mini market within a few minutes walk; would highly recommend Giannikos who was very helpful. Three double/twin rooms, one upstairs. The upstairs one was very cosy but a few possible draw backs, depending on who the occupants were. The staircase was very steep and led straight from the kitchen with no door, not a problem for us but could be if you are seeking privacy from the rest of the house. Also, the shower tray was tiny with a shower curtain which constantly stuck to you. The kitchen was small and not really suitable for cooking / washing up for a family meal but adequate for breakfast/ lunches. Downstairs bedrooms shared a bathroom which also housed the washing machine. Outside kitchen good for BBQ. There were a lot of trees on the grounds which shed many leaves / olives, so the table and pool area needed sweeping frequently. Good sturdy external gate, felt very secure although neighbourhood was also very quiet and safe. Pool lovely, although needs a little maintenance on the tiling / grouting and would benefit from a handrail near the steps. The curtains on the cabana were torn, needed repair and were taken away the second week. The keys and key card for electricity were on same key ring so to lock the gate or front door, the power had to go off; not great when returning at midnight. It sounds like a lot of grumbles but really our stay was lovely, just a few little niggles.

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war sauber und es war alles da. Könnte mal renoviert werden und das Haus ist kleiner als es auf den Fotos erscheint. Aber für uns hat es gereicht (6 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder) und dafür waren die lauen Abende unter den Olivenbäumen wunderschön. Die Tavernen im Dorf sind sehr gut, der Supermarkt hat ab 9.00 Uhr frisches Brot. Es war immer jemand erreichbar und alle waren sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür.

Leider nicht optimal

Das Häuschen liegt bei Rethymno in einer eher unattraktiven Siedlung ohne Sicht oder sonstige Besonderheiten. Die Umgebung ist eher laut (Baustelle, Festplatz). Anastasia ist nicht mehr Besitzerin Kontakt Bestand ausschließlich digital. Eher kleine und dunkle Unterkunft mit Küche/Wohn/Esszimmer von ca. 25m2. Ungepflegte Olivenbäume im Garten, die viel Schmutz machen, Badezimmer mit befriedigendem Standard, Geschirr war bei Ankunft tlw. deutlich verschmutzt. Wir waren enttäuscht, die Unterkunft entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Dear Bernhard, We are really sorry seeing a review like this. As everyone can understand from all of our previews reviews and from what you wrote, the problem wasn't the villa, but your expectations. From day one you were rude, with unbelievable and absurd demands. As I told you before, the photos are showing exactly how the villa is and you had plenty of time to check the area, which based on other guests's comments is beautiful and friendly, with super markets and tavernas just some meters away. There is nowhere the information that says that the villa has a view. Even though we have photos after every cleaning, which prove the opposite of what you say, as an act of good will we proposed to make an extra cleaining free of charge, which you denied. Just a piece of advice, before you book any accommodation, check the photos, check the area and then book, it is a pity for other people not being able to enjoy a place because of your reservation and if you don't like nature, please don't book a villa in the nature. We wish you all the best!

Der erste Kontakt war schon überraschend, kurz nach Buchung erhielt ich einen Anruf von Annastasia und wir besprachen das weitere Vorgehen, auch als ein paar Tage später der Flug storniert wurde und wir umbuchen mussten, war alles kein Problem. Als wir ankamen, war der Kühlschrank fürs erste Überleben bestückt und Anastasia fragte uns um welche Uhrzeit sie täglich zum Reinigen kommen sollte. Da wir unsere paar Teller und Tassen selber abspülen können, sagten wir ihr, dass einmal die Woche völlig ausreichend sei. Sie lies es sich aber nicht nehmen und kam alle paar Tage mit leckerem Gebäck oder Kuchen vorbei und vergas auch nicht den Geburtstag meines Vaters und überraschte uns mit einer tollen Geburtstagstort. Das Haus ist super in Schuss und sauber. Auch der Garten mit netten Sitzgelegenheiten und Olivenbäumen sowie einen schönen Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt 3 Tavernen die alle in 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen sind, sowie einen kleinen Supermarkt bei dem man alles kaufen kann, was man braucht. Parkplätze sind am Haus genügend vorhanden und für Spaziergänge bietet sich der Ort selber an, erst meint man nur die Hauptstrasse und sonst nichts, aber nach ein paar Metern in die Seitengassen eröffnet sich der Charme von Prines. Katzen, Hunde, Ziegen und Schweine laufen frei oder in natürlicher Haltung rum, manchmal muss man etwas warten, wenn mal wieder eine Schafherde die Wege kreutzt. Mit dem Bus kommt man nach Rethymnon da es mit Parkplätzen in der Stadt etwas schwierig ist, Badestrände sind mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten zu erreichen oder man fährt an die Südküste in ca. 1 Stunde. Alles im Allen eine super Urlaub und für Eltern mit Kinder genau so zu empfehlen wie für Pärchen. Wir sagen nochmal Danke an Annastasia und Elena für die tollen 2 Wochen.

Bestens, absolut empfehlenswert

Der Name der uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleibt ist Anastasia. Sie hat uns in ihrem Heim aufgenommen und wir gehörten sofort und bis zum letzten Tag zur Familie. Wir haben einen Urlaub erlebt, der nicht nur unvergesslich bleibt, sondern den wir immer wiederholen wollen. Der Abscheid war schwer, aber wir werden uns immer wieder bei Anastasia in ihrer Villa sehen.

Outstanding! - Herausragend!

We had a pleasant stay for two weeks in "Villa Anastasia". The service was sensational. The owner Anastasia and her daughter Elena kept the whole property in perfect condition. They tidied up the house daily . Futhermore Ananstasia pampered us with Cretan culinaric specialties nearly every day. The facts: The property is very comfortable for 6 guests. House, garden and facilities come up to the shown pictures to 100%. The villa is cut of from the outside world and you can relax in recreative calm. For smaller children there are spotlessly clean climbing houses. In the near neighborhood are two mini markets and the highly recommendable tavern "Giannikos". You can reach by car larger supermarkets in about 5 to 10 min. To the nice sandy beach of Georgioupoli it will take 20 min. Thanks to our hosts for their warm welcome. We will be back soon. Wir haben in der "Villa Anastasia" zwei herrlich erholsame Wochen verbracht. Der Service ist sensationell. Die Eigentümerin Anastasia und ihre Tochter Elena halten Haus und Anlage in perfekt gepflegtem Zustand und kommen täglich zum Reinigen etc. Darüberhinaus hat uns Anastasia beinahe täglich mit Kretischen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Die Anlage ist für 6 Personen sehr komfortabel. Haus, Garten und Ausstattung entsprechen zu 100% den hier gezeigten Fotos. Das Grundstück ist nicht einsehbar und bietet in dörflicher Umgebung erholsame Ruhe. Für kleinere Kinder stehen im Garten blitzsaubere Spielgeräte bereit. In fußläufiger Entfernung gibt es zwei Mini-Markets und die empfehlenswerte Taverne "Giannikos". Gößere Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in 5-10 min. zu erreichen. Zum schönen, relativ unverbauten, breiten Sandstrand von Georgioupoli braucht man mit dem Auto ca. 20 min. Wir bedanken uns bei den Gastgeberinnen. Wir fühlten uns herzlich willkommen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus

Im August haben wir einen wirklich tollen erholsamen Urlaub auf Kreta verbracht. Wir durften die Gastfreundschaft von Anastasia und Elena kennen lernen, was wir so noch nie erlebt haben. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, wurde täglich gereinigt, ein super schöner Pool, und ein großer Garten zum Spielen. Und Anastasia brachte uns selbst gebackenen Kuchen und griechische Spezialitäten vorbei. Absolutely exceptional

I can just repeat what others said before... We had an exceptional warm welcome when we came to Villa Anastasia.... we even got a Carbonara noodel loaf and a fresh salad ready prepared for dinner, just that we could shove it in the oven!!!! Since it was three weeks to Christmas the chimney got decorated and candels got lit especially for us!!!! I don't know how to express how much we appreaciated that! Starter package for breakfast, a bottle of wine, a fruit bowl and a basket with cockies! We have often stayed in holiday flats or appartments but that all is absolutely exceptional... But lets come to the facts: Absolutely nice and cosey decorated Land house, spotless clean, well equipped with three seperate bed rooms (so don't hesitate to come with 6 people... there are no in corneres squeezed bed sofas, to make a 4 people appartmet a "6"-bed appartment...), two bath rooms, great garden with old olive trees, a nice sitting area in the garden, a grill and a nice pool with several sun chairs... there is nothing left to be desired... Thank you a lot, Anastasia and Elena!!!

beste Betreuung und ruhiges Domizil zur Erholung

Die Villa Anastasia zeichnet sich in erster Linie durch einen hervorragenden Service aus. Anastasia, die Eigentümerin hält zum Einen das Haus in perfekt sauberem Zustand und überrascht zum Anderen die Gäste mit Kuchen und lokalem Selbstgebackenem. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse und hat einen ansprechenden Stil. Von Prines aus lässt sich Rethymon in 10 Minuten, aber auch der wunderschöne Süden mit seinen einsamen Stränden in 25 Minuten erreichen. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und für unseren Nachwuchs (17 Monate) gab es reichlich Spielzeug und Badeutensilien sowie ein Spielhaus. Im Garten selbst stehen mehrere alte Olivenbäume, welche neben den Sonnenschirmen ausreichend Schatten spenden und ein Leben draussen auch bei hohen Temperaturen angenehm machen. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist hochwertig und gepflegt. Wir gehen normalerweise in Luxushotels. Mit unserer Nanni und unserem Sohn haben wir nun das zweite Ferienhaus besucht und Villa Anastasia hat den absoluten Spitzenplatz.

Angenehme Villa mit liebenswerter Gastgeberin

Die Vermieter sind unaufdringlich um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht; kleine Überraschungen wie hausgemachte kretische Spezialitäten eingeschlossen, bis hin zu einer allerfeinsten, mit lieber Widmung versehenen Geburtstagstorte. Fragen unsererseits (z.B. nach den Öffnungszeiten des Museums in Irakleon) sind mit einem Anruf beantwortet. Haus: sorgfältigste Reinlichkeit im gesamten Haus; täglicher Service mit Wechsel der wohlriechenden, gebügelten Wäsche; kristallklarer Pool, gepflegter Garten mit lauschigen Plätzen unter Schatten spendenden Bäumen. Ansprechendes gepflegtes Mobiliar. Thank you Anastasia and Elena for your outstanding hospitality. It has been a great pleasure staying in your cosy villa.

Herrliche Ferien

Wir sind/waren im Juli/August 2011 dort. Wir: Familie mit drei Kinden. letztere waren nicht aus dem Pool zu kriegen. Das Meer ist nah und nette Tavernen am Meer und in Prines sind natürlich vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind das beste, was uns seit langem passiert ist. Alles ist pickobello. Auch ein guter Spot, um morgens mit dem MTB ein paar Kilometer auf Schotter und Nebenstrassen zu absolvieren. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Villa très bien placée ! Mais à savoir proche d'un terrain de fête, donc quelques soirées avec musique assez forte mais qui ne nous a pas dérangé. L’extérieur est indéniablement le point fort de cette villa ! Magnifique jardin et piscine top. Piscine propre et très bien entretenue. En ce qui concerne l’intérieur petit bémol sur la « chambre parentale », en effet cette dernière est en mezzanine et non fermée ! Nous l’avons donc concédée à nos ados par manque d'intimité. La cafetière Dolce Gusto ne fonctionne pas donc peut-être utile de l'enlever afin d'éviter des frais inutiles par l’achat de capsules qui coûtent un certain prix... Villa agréable je recommande, idéal entre amis, famille ...

Superbe emplacement dans une magnifique région où les gens sont particulièrement chaleureux. Mais…

Mais il n’y a plus madame Anastasia. À la place, des voisins ayant un chiot qui aboyait jour et nuit. C’est dommage car sans cela, notre séjour aurait valu 5 étoiles comme à l’habitude. À noter que nous devions être les premiers de la saison car le jardin n’était pas nettoyé. Encore une fois, je veux remercier les Crétois pour leur hospitalité et leur gentillesse.

Fantastic villa, lovely village

As two couples with babies (7 and 8 months), we couldn't have picked a nicer place to stay. We can't fault the villa, its grounds, or the village at all, and the town of Rethimno, with its harbour, shops, and old town, are just a short drive away. The way the outside space is designed means that there always choices of shade, and all of them lovely spaces in different ways. The pool is a good size and the loungers all comfy and with the option of shade or sun. The olive trees, fruit trees, grape vines, and flowering plants all add to the aesthetic and the relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed the barbecue and hanging out with the friendly cat. The villa itself looks stunning in its surroundings and is comfortable and clean inside. We were provided with two cots (thanks!) and all the towels, bedding, etc. were in really good condition. We were well looked after by Despina and were made incredibly welcome by everyone in the village, from the excellent tavernas to the small shop. All in all, a fantastic holiday in a beautiful and tasteful villa in a great location.

une maison très agréable ,une situation géographique idéale pour parcourir les plus beaux sites de la crete. les petites attentions d anastasia seront surement un des plus beaux souvenir de notre voyage (frigo plein pour le petit dejeuner a notre arrive) et régulièrement elle nous a apporté des spécialités crétoise pour notre diner. le jardin sous les oliviers est tres agréable et la piscine a été très appréciés des enfants. une voiture est indispensable merci pour tout anastasia et a bientôt

Villa Anastasia is an ecological, traditional villa, built in 2001 in the quiet village of Prines only 6km from the vibrant town of Rethymnon, Crete. This villa is located in a peaceful area where you can take a ride through it and you can feel the absolute natural beauty of the island. Sun loungers are provided for our guests next to the pool and umbrellas also. An external shower is at its one end of the swimming pool.
