Das 'Tamara'-Apartment befindet sich in erstklassiger Lage im vierten Stock des Louis Vuitton-Gebäudes in der Avenue de Suede in Nizza und bietet einen Panoramablick über die Albert Premiere-Gärten auf das Mittelmeer, nur wenige Meter entfernt.

Dieses helle, elegante Art-Deco-Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer (90 m², kürzlich renoviert) und einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Marmorboden ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über drei doppelt verglaste Fenster / Türen, die auf eine Frühstücksterrasse / einen Frühstücksbalkon mit spektakulärer Aussicht führen.

Unterhalb der Wohnung befindet sich das schicke Einkaufsviertel, Restaurants, Cafés. Die angesagten Bars, Clubs und Casinos erreichen Sie bequem zu Fuß. Die Altstadt und der berühmte Blumen-, Obst-, Gemüse- und Antiquitätenmarkt 'Cours Salaya' sind nur fünf Gehminuten durch die kühlen Albert Premierengärten entfernt.
Vom Balkon aus sehen wir nachts die beleuchtete Skyline von Nizza mit dem Casino Ruhl, dem Plaza Hotel und der berühmten Rue Paradis und in der Ferne den wunderschönen Chateau-Wasserfall über der Altstadt.

Thoroughly met our needs and expectations! We love ‘deck time’ and the balcony was the perfect place to hear music from the park, people watch and see the Med. easy access to Massena area, fresh market and the Promenade with its beaches and restaurants/lounges. Will return!

Amazing location and bright apartment

Spacious Apartment In A Great Location

The property was large, clean, and in a great location. Walking distance to the old town, the beach and many pedestrian streets with restaurants and shopping. The appliances and amenities were all first rate (probably renovated recently). The automated blackout shutters were a nice touch for those of us who wake up with the light.

Wonderful apartment

Apartment was wonderful. The views were spectacular and its location was convenient to the beach and local cafes and shops, with the old town a short walk away. Apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Bedroom was quiet for sleeping in the evening. Stephan was super, very communicative and friendly and provided some great restaurant recommendations. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Can't Beat The View

Once again, as in 2023, we stayed in this lovely apartment for the annual Parades since there is outside viewing access from the salon, bedroom and kitchen. It is also very close to all amenities so it's a perfect location for a warm, sunny, seaside getaway from Paris. The agent was very pleasant and helpful as were neighbors who we met during our stay. We will definitely return.

Fantastic apartment in a great location

We loved this beautiful, comfortable apartment! The location was perfect and the apartment was exactly as described. It has a wrap around balcony with a wonderful view of the park below and the Mediterranean Sea just beyond it. It was a short walk to the Cours Saleya Market, many good restaurants, and the Promenade des Anglais. We highly recommend it and would stay here again.

The best apartment

This place is great as all the reviews suggest. So close to Old Town & the beach and has the best view. It was great to pop down to the beach when needed. The train station is a 10-15 minute walk - avoid the ticket lines and just get the SNCF app and buy your tickets as you walk there. Again, thanks and we hope we get to stay again!

Great location and view. No complaints great service accommodating our needs. Drawbacks for us do not indicate a problem with rental, but I was very uncomfortable with the elevator (claustrophobic) and the narrow patio so high up.

What a find!

We cannot say enough good things about this apartment. It must be wonderful in any time of year, but to have the Carnivale go by under our balcony was awesome. Everything about the apartment was great, the size, the location, the equipment, the manager - we would love to come back in a warmer season and also for another parade experience.

The apartment is in an ideal location, very spacious with wrap-around balcony. Needs to be updated in terms of furniture--beanbags in living room?! Could use a good deep clean and the shower does not drain. Property manager is aware. Water must be turned off every 15 seconds to avoid flood.

Beautiful View, Wonderful Location

We very much enjoyed our 9 day stay at this apartment. The view is lovely (even better than the photos) and the apartment is in a great location - just minutes to the Promenade & beach - and to Place Masséna. A short walk and you are in old city. There are lots of restaurants nearby (including a couple of beach restaurants - open even in January!), along with a couple of grocery stores & boulangeries. The place is surrounded by the highest of high end stores. The apartment itself was spacious, the bed was very comfortable (important when traveling!) and the kitchen was well-equipped. We really appreciated the petite elevator as the apt. is on the fourth (5th) floor. We can confirm that at the shower pan drained slowly, which made it necessary to shower in short bursts to avoid flooding the place. Nevertheless, we very much enjoyed our stay and we'd be happy to rent here again on our next visit to Nice.

Lovely apartment, noise issues

Lovely apartment with fantastic views and has everything you could need. It's a great area. Good communication from the owner and Stephan. Stayed here some years ago and loved it hence our wish to return. However, this time our stay was blighted by the extreme noise. We don't have a problem with the usual traffic/hustle and bustle noise, after all it's a city centre. The problem was the noisy roadworks outside the apartment plus the hotel next door has super loud music on the rooftop terrace on many nights so impossible to relax or sleep. It's a shame as it did put a damper on our stay.

Best memories in Nice

It was a wonderful stay in Nice. It is in a very convenient location, adjacent to Place Massena and within walking distance to the old town and the sea. Also, the apartment was very beautiful, clean, and comfortable with all the functions. When you enter the apartment, you will be overwhelmed by its spaciousness and luxury. I especially like the spacious living room. The view of the Mediterranean Sea from there will make you feel like a millionaire. Thanks to the kind response of the manager Valerie and the friendly response of Stephane, I was able to stay with peace of mind. We will definitely come back here someday. It was a great stay.

A nice holiday

We liked the apartment but it was a surprise that there was going a big construction zone on. We had much dust and dirt in the balcony every day and noise too. Elevator is too small for two people if you have bags with you and there are also about ten steps to elevator.During our holiday , two weeks, elevator was not working in two days and 122 steps are too much when you have difficulties with walking. I think it is good to know when you book this apartment.

We loved it!

This was our first VRBO but it won’t be our last if all the properties are like this one! Wow! Just wow! Not sure we could have asked for anything better. Where to start? The view is awesome! Location is 2 blocks from anything you want! Food was awesome. Multiple tram stops within 5 blocks that will take you to the airport or pretty much anywhere you need to go. Stephan, our host was great. Easy to communicate with via texting, etc. He even met us to let us into the apartment at 4am, as our flight to Nice was delayed several times. We’re looking forward to returning to the same location in the future. Not sure I can say more, it was great!
