Hillside Drive 1 Hektar großen Anwesen ist Paradise Valley. Kein besserer Frühlingstrainingsort. In der Nähe der Altstadt und von Arcadia, der besten Zeit im Paradise Valley. 3500 sq ft 4 Schlafzimmer 3 Badezimmer Haus auf einem wunderschön angelegten 1 Hektar. Großes neues Tauchbecken mit Wasserspiel und farbwechselndem LED-Licht! Riesige Feuerstelle und überdachte Terrasse. Schöne Mischung aus tropischen und Wüstenlandschaften. Weite Aussichten auf die Berge, auch auf den Kamelrücken. Das Haus wurde vor 2 Jahren teilweise renoviert, der gesamte Hof wurde komplett renoviert. Meister hat Kingsize-Bett, 65-Zoll-4k-TV, Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und zwei Waschbecken, hat auch eine private Terrasse und Fenstertüren. Zweites und drittes Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten, das vierte Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett (mit einem Doppelbett unter der Königin), dieses Zimmer hat auch ein Kinderbett und einen Wickeltisch. Das Wohnzimmer hat auch ein ausziehbares Einzelbett. Durch die große, umlaufende Auffahrt können problemlos 8 Autos geparkt werden. Das Hotel liegt neben vielen 10 Millionen + Villen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, verfügt über neuere Geräte aus Edelstahl und Granit. Der große Wohnbereich verfügt über einen 70-Zoll-Flachbildschirm mit vollständigem Kabelpaket und einer riesigen Daunencouch. Ganzes Haus hat Hallo Geschwindigkeit WiFi. Kaminzimmer hat eine sehr schöne Stiga-Tischtennisplatte. Das Haus hat auch einen zusätzlichen Raum, der ein Spielzimmer für Kinder ist (Spielstift und gepolsterte Bodenfliesen). Dieser Raum kann auch mit einem Queensize-Bett zum Aufblasen genutzt werden. Großer Essbereich, Wäscherei in der Suite und viele andere Kleinigkeiten, die Sie von einer High-End-Vermietung erwarten würden.

Overall the property was very nice but dark inside.

This picture of the pool is enticing but the water was so cold that we couldn't enjoy it. I wish we'd seen the fountain on like the picture too. We had issues with the shower doors not working and missing a handle. I actually got stuck in the shower. We also had trouble getting the water to a comfortably hot temperature. The owner assured me he was doing some remodeling and that the problems would be fixed for future guests. The owner also provided us with a new coffee pot. The beds were comfy and it was so nice having some basic spices available for cooking. The location was convenient to locals we were visiting. The neighborhood was calm, quiet and very private.

Disappointed

The house is big but need some TLC in several spots. They have gone out of there way to make the house comfortable but are missing some key elements. Front door key was missing so had to use back door not a big deal, but never was told this prior to arrival so I had to figure this out on my own in the middle of the night! Two out the 3 showers could not be used because the doors were broken and you would get locked in. One shower was labeled as such but the second was not, big problem when you are showering in the house and no one can hear that you are trapped!! To many fees and too price for what you get will not stay at this home again. All the owner could do for the two major inconvenience is apologizes. Nope sorry got to do better that that.

Spring Break in AZ

Family of four plus two grandparents stayed for a week during spring break. House was great with plenty of space and sleeping room for everyone. The kids loved the basketball court and the pool. Close to everything - hikes, baseball games, golf, restaurants. The owners were responsive and helpful along the way as well. Definitely recommend...

Great place to stay

This was the perfect set up for our multi generation family reunion. The location was quiet but convenient to many places we visited. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool and the fire ring for making s’mores at night. Great memories were made. Thanks Steven for the hospitality.

Incredible location and wonderful outdoor spaces

We booked this home to accommodate out of town guests during the winter holidays. It is in a beautiful location in Paradise Valley with incredible views of the mountains. The owners were very easy to communicate with and checked to ensure we had everything for our stay. The photos are very accurate and everything was as we expected.

Resort like backyard with unbelievable views

Best location for a vacation rental that we have ever stayed at...Echo Canyon trail head right down Tatum Blvd. Biltmore Fashion close by off of Lincoln and 24th... Steak 44 off tatum and Camelback . Basically everything is a cheap Uber ride away. Unbelievable sunset views from the pool of Camelback mountain. Bottom line is its the same location as Camelback Resort, Mountain Shadows, Montelucia and Sanctuary Resort.

Best pool and yard period

Perfectly maintained home in primo PV location. Close access to everything including old town, but the quietness of the property feels like a very rural setting right at the base of camelback mountain. Great place to relax by the pool completely private. Kitchen was well stocked, home was extremely clean and meticulously kept. Zero complaints this house could not have been any better for our group of 9s needs. The very best part of this home is the pool runs on a electric heat pump. At any other rental we've ever done the pool heater ran on gas, this means that the pools can take up a to day to heat up which is super annoying on vacation, because whenever you want to swim you have to wait for the pool to heat up a half day minimum. On top of that those owners usually make you pay for the gas that you use which can be a fortune. This homes pool is heated to 88 degrees 24/7 and theres nothing you have to do, it was ready on arrival and is still 88 when we left. Besides the pool and yard being all around amazing this is the kicker that separates this home from any other rental I've stayed in before.

Lovely!

I stayed here with my sisters and mom for 3 nights a few days ago. I am not sure why the previous reviewer is so upset about the shower doors? The house is lovely, the kitchen and pool are so nice, and the location was perfect! I am sure there has been some settling that normally occurs over time but nothing at all that is dramatic or interfered with completely enjoying our stay. Thank you for everything!

Very pleasant home.

Our Family had a nice time in this well appointed, clean, comfortable home. The pool was very large and heated nicely as promised. The furnishings were clean and newer. The kitchen was well stocked for a group of 8 and could have handled 4x as many people. Everything that was promised in the listing and more. The wine and prosecco upon arrival was a nice touch along with the personalized note. Stephen was professional throughout the booking process and all the way through to check out. We would return without hesitation.

PV relaxation

Just returned from a week at Stephens PV home to visit my husband in town for Spring training. We had 8 people at the home, 4 kids and 4 adults, this home is so kid friendly, the owners left out so many toys and the pool was just a dream. We also had some of our team friends and coaches over for a BBQ one night and everyone had such a nice time. There was more than enough space for 40 people to hang out and relax. The home itself was meticulously clean up arrival, everything was hotel ready including a crib and changing table for the littlest one. The home is its own little oasis, just a quiet little area with beautiful views 360 degrees around. We enjoyed most all the recommended restaurants (we found them all in Stephens welcome letter) and they were all fantastic. This was sure better than the typical Scottsdale "scene". Although we were only a little more than 5 minute drive from the Giants old town stadium and all thats in that area. As long as my hubby is fortunate enough to have spring training in the desert I will rent this home. Brought some normalcy and relaxation to an otherwise stressful time of year for our family. Thank you so much Stephen and Go GIANTS!

Family Christmas on Camelback

Enjoyable family Christmas vacation at Stephens hillside home. The home even came decorated with a real tree and lights for us, this really made it special for the kids of our family . Welcome letter was thorough and detailed. The property was well maintained and very clean. The beds were comfortable and overall property exceeded all expectations. The landscaping was beautiful, the yard is large, private and has views everywhere you look. The views of camelback from the front are fantastic. Cooking christmas was a joy, every spice imaginable, high quality items to cook with, and every high end kitchen appliance I needed to cook for 12 people and bake. Location beats anything in Scottsdale/Phoenix , this is like staying in the country yet you are on the Arcadia and the Biltmore doorstep and less than 10 minutes from old town. You get what you pay for and Paradise Valley is worth it. Cant wait to return in March. Thank you Stephen again for the decorations.

Family wedding in the desert brought us to this nice property in Paradise Valley. More than met our expectations, most importantly was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Pool area was great for a small family party. In person it was way better than the pictures, the furniture was stylish and new. Great views of camelback mountain. Location was phenomenal for our wedding and for local shopping and eating out. The best of the Biltmore, Arcadia and Old town Scottsdale areas right at your doorstep. Owner should put up the pictures of new furniture, regardless trust us you should book this little piece of Paradise Valley.

Amazing location and views great stay

We had the most wonderful stay at this house. Our party of 9 all could sleep comfortably in beds. House was immaculately clean and had everything we needed to really relax and enjoy our weekend getaway! The kids had a blast at the pool. Night time was especially fun making great memories in the spacious and private backyard. We will be back!

Hillside home

Nice well appointed property in very affluent area of the valley. Even though it was hot we made nice use of the pool area. The home itself was clean and had everything we needed. Including many things for a baby which most rentals would not have. Most importantly the AC blew cold, which is not always a sure thing in the Arizona heat. We also never saw one bug which was a concern travelling to this area In the summer. I would highly reccomend to strangers, friends or family members. Thumbs up.

Paradise valley golf trip

Booking, check in, check out was the most professional and easiest we have seen. One problem did arise during stay, a plumbing backup, Stephen (the owner) was out with a plumbing within 2 hours and it was fixed. We thought that was top notch service and thank him again (he always brought us a couple cases of beer for the trouble. Property was very clean, well stocked, furnishings were all brand new and very nice. The home is in its own nook, very large property, we parked 10 cars easily on driveway for a small party. Pool is very big and nice. Cannot wait to come back to this house if its available next time.

Secluded Location and golf

Nice expansive property for our large family and grandparents trip for some relaxation and golf. Right by Paradise Valley JW Marriott and Mountain Shadows resort yet secluded and feels a world away. We golfed at Camelback and the executive Mountain Shadows. The location could not be any better, this part of Paradise Valley in particular is minutes from Old town and Arcadia/Biltmore. I cannot explain how much more enjoyable this trip was over previous years that we had stayed in further north Scottsdale. Arcadia has that local foodie vibe, Biltmore has all the ritzy stuff and of course old town and all that is, was close as well. Many restaurants on Scottsdale road were only a 5 minute drive. The house is secluded and quiet, nestled between mountains and has a large amount of land. Some highlights of the home were the comfy beds, the pool and the fire pit. It is well appointed above and beyond, even had a kitchen aid mixer for baking. We were very happy with our stay and would not hesitate to book this property in the future.

Very nice stay

Stayed at this home for some spring training games at Giants stadium in old town Scottsdale. Everything is well equipped and it was very clean. I am very picky to a fault and I could not find anything to complain about. The house has a wonderful yard and pool area, like having your own private resort. My teenagers and husband enjoyed the 4K TVs as they had never had that before. I would recommend this location and home to anybody in a heartbeat. Owners are very easy to deal with and gave us early and late check in/out. Thanks.

Glad I finally got a review request. Every year a few guys I used to play hockey with make a trip down to Arizona for some golf. A few of the guys we used to play with live in Paradise Valley so the location is very convenient for us as they are members at courses within a stones throw from Steve's home. After a long Ontario winter we were more than ready to drink beers and have some fun. The home itself was as described in the listing, it even showed a bit nicer in person. Clean comfy beds, hot showers and lots of outdoor space. We had a lot of fun with he Ping Pong table. This is a awesome area for restaurants many of which were new to us, we enjoyed the Henry and sitting on the patio at the JW and El Chorro lodge. Great pool . Thank you Steve for being such a pro.

Amazing stay, perfect serene location

We absolutely loved our stay. We loved the view of Camelback Mountain from the house and the serenity of the property. The location was unbeatable, close to Old Town Scottsdale and all of our favorite restaurants and golf courses yet the house is tucked away in the mountains of Paradise Valley. The house comfortably slept our party of eight and everyone had their own space to retire to. Will definitely be back!

WOW AMAZING HOME !

Thank you so much to Crystal for letting us enjoy this beautiful Paradise Valley home. Great value for a home of this caliber, everything we needed was provided and the home was extremely comfortable. This is a great home on a large lot, views from everywhere in the nice yard. Fire pit was a lot of fun at night. This place in quiet like being in the country, however you are close to old town, close to the trendy Arcadia area and the Biltmore, best location we have ever stayed in the valley by far. Many features of a high end rental in the best neighborhood for a fraction of what others are charging in this area. Cannot wait to come back. Thank you.

Paradise in Paradise Valley

I can't speak more highly of this home, the location or the owners. My family rented this home for Christmas. We had a great time exploring some of the more trendy restaurants down in Arcadia which was a change from the Scottsdale thing. We LOVED Chelsea's kitchen great cocktails and amazing food, the patio is to die for. Plus you need only to drive through the neighborhood to get there. Also don't forget happy hour at El Chorro lodge (the best views of camelback) and the Montelucia resort which are both a few blocks away. The home itself is nice and has all the necessary conveniences for a stress free vacation. It was extremely clean which is my main thing checking into a VRBO, this can be very hit and miss. The owners are pros through and through everything is seamless, from booking to check in and check out. Far easier than most rentals or any resort. It was nice being close to a lot hiking, we also explored a lot on bike just around the house. Was neat to see some of the unbeleivalbe homes that neighbor this one. Coming from the inner city in Denver it was very healing to enjoy the peace of this property, I could have slept for 24 hours. Kitchen was adequate to cook Christmas dinner, which I would consider the ultimate test. The home was also very close to both Fashion Square and Biltmore malls. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table, and everyone enjoyed watching sports on the huge TV.

SPRING TRAINING FUN

Had such a good time at this Vacation rental for Giants Spring training. Only 5-10 mins to old town stadium. Pool was large enough for the whole family to have fun, and it was a diving pool which the younger folks enjoyed. Sitting outside at night with the pool light around the fire pit was some of our best times. Beds were comfortable and 2 large college aged boys fit well on the sectional couch which they liked sleeping on. March madness on the huge TV was great. The AC blew ice cold and cooled the home extremely fast. All we could have asked for especially accommodating so many of us.

Great escape to the desert!

We had such a great stay here. The house had everything we needed and more. We loved waking up to the mountain views including Camelback, what a treat! The sunsets from the back patio were spectacular. The house was so quiet, tucked away into the mountains yet so close to everything we wanted to do during our trip to Arizona. We loved how close it was to Old Town Scottsdale's restaurants and shopping yet we could get away from the hustle and truly relax. Great escape from Boston. We will definitely be back!
