Dieses wunderschön präsentierte Stadthaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern befindet sich in einem kleinen exklusiven Komplex in Kato Paphos, nur 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Kato Paphos, dem Strand und dem Hafengebiet mit vielen Tavernen, Geschäften und archäologischen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe und zwei Minimärkte, eine Taverne und andere Annehmlichkeiten.

Die Immobilie wurde zu einem außergewöhnlichen Standard gehalten und befindet sich in ausgezeichnetem Zustand mit hochwertigen Oberflächen.

Die Unterkunft im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine Gäste-Garderobe und einen offenen Wohnbereich mit gemütlicher Lounge, Essbereich und Eckküche mit Frühstückstheke.

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit eingebautem Backofen, Elektroherd und Dunstabzugshaube, Mikrowelle, Kühl- / Gefrierschrank und Waschmaschine.

Die Schiebetüren öffnen sich zu einem teilweise überdachten Garten im Innenhof mit Blick auf die wunderschön angelegten Gärten, die Privatsphäre vom atemberaubenden Pool und der umliegenden Sonnenterrasse bieten.

Eine Marmortreppe führt zu einem Badezimmer in Familiengröße und zwei Doppelschlafzimmern mit Einbauschränken und privaten Balkonen. Vom Meister aus genießen Sie eine herrliche Aussicht auf den Pool und die Gärten und vom zweiten Schlafzimmer aus die grüne und gut etablierte Wohngegend.

Es gibt einen zugewiesenen Parkplatz in der Nähe und weitere Parkplätze an der Straße direkt vor dem Grundstück. Geeignet für Kinder und Erwachsene jeden Alters. Es ist wirklich ein Zuhause von zu Hause mit allem Komfort für.

What can I say. Cleo has an amazing townhouse here. I have returned here many times and feel like I'm returning home. There is everything as listed. Exceptionally clean, a welcome pack, beach towels available. Lovely clean pool with plenty of sunbeds and shades. I just love it here and will be returning.

Lovely clean apartment. Nice pool. Friendly local cats!! Air con was very useful in the heat! Walk to harbour was around 25 mins, bit to much for us in the heat so hire car came in handy. Handy location for going out and about in car. Thanks to Yvonne for the welcome pack and the notice that we could stay a little longer on our leaving day which was most welcome as we have a 10pm flight back.

Simply superb

We had such an amazing holiday at this property. Not only that, the communication with the owner and property manager from the point of booking and throughout was excellent which made this an all round great experience. The property is as described, very well equipped, more than meeting all our needs of a family of four with two children under 10. The WiFi was faultless. The complex is small and family orientated and the pool is as stunning as it looks on the pictures. We chose to use taxis to get around but that was our choice mainly due to it being so hot, but the walk into Kato Paphos would be about 15mins and the buses seemed quite regular. Should we go back to Paphos we will definitely look to rent this property again and we would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing complex

This is an immaculate 2 bed townhouse with direct access to the pool. It is extremely comfortable with lovely leather sofas and beds. The facilities in the townhouse are great. All the pots and pans that you would ever need. A bookshelf full of books and a shelf of games. We were quite often the only people by the pool, so no need to get up early to bag a sunbed. The complex is very well kept and is constantly being maintained. Within walking distance are 2 small supermarkets and a local eatery called Tasty. The bus stop is a reasonable walk, however it takes you direct to the harbour. We hired a car for the 5 weeks of our stay and there are plenty of parking spaces. FINALLY - Would we stay here again? Most definitely

Lovely place

The property was clean and well maintained and fully equipped with a welcome pack of food so we didn’t have to rush to the shop in the morning. All this made our stay a very comfortable one. The villa has a lovely pool with great outdoor space exactly as it's shown on the photos. The position of the apartment was great, in just a minute you step outside on to the terasse overlooking the pool, not too close and still quite private. The complex is a 20 minute walk to the harbour where there are lots of bars and restaurants. The walking distance to the old town is nearly the same. We would certainly visit this apartment again when we venture to Cyprus again.

Perfect for a couple

The property was just as described. No hidden surprises. Plenty of written guidelines to get you started, air-con, ceiling fans, tv, check-in etc. Pool right outside the patio door. Haven in Kato Paphos

We had a brilliant stay at Cleo's between 10th Aug - 20th Aug 2020. The property was exactly as listed and as per the photo's, very light, clean and airy and all furnishings were modern and comfortable. On arrival there was a small package of essentials, including milk and tea etc., which was a lovely touch but the nearest kiosk is only a few minutes walk away so were quickly able to stock up with everything else that we needed. The pool area was really pleasant, with lovely planting all around and plenty of space for lounging. The pool is a really good size and plenty big enough for us to do lengths each morning by way of a little exercise. The pool was always quiet and my boys (aged 11) loved being able to run in and out of the house straight into the pool. The complex was slightly busier over the weekend but still there was plenty of space around the pool and room to swim. The Harbour is 20 mins walk away and Kings Avenue Mall about 10 minutes walk. However, if you want to avoid walking in the heat of the day there is a bus that runs every 30 mins in the morning and every hour in the afternoon and evening. We bought a weekly bus pass for 22 euro each, which was great value for the amount we used it. We also downloaded the Cyprus Bus app, which tells you where your nearest bus stop is (with location settings on) and when the next bus is arriving. We had some great days out. We booked an all inclusive (drinks and lunch) yacht excursion with Ocean Blue for 45 euro each. The boat was really luxurious, and took us to swim in Blue Lagoon, where the water was absolutely beautiful (and warm)...highly recommend. You can find Ocean Blue selling their trips just before you enter the restaurant promenade towards the castle. We also visited the waterpark, which was probably our favourite day, just because we could relax whilst the kids played. Book online to make a saving on entry costs then when you arrive you are given a wristband which any food or drink you buy throughout the day is then charged to and you settle your bill on the way out as you leave. We didn't know this beforehand so was really surprised when we found out and was so much easier than having to carry money all day or keep making trips back and forth to the lockers. Again the bus drops you right outside the park. Amazing places to eat: Sail at the Castle but our favourite, The Harbour. Great views, friendly staff, really comfortable seating and good food at a good price.

Very relaxing holiday

Just returned from 10 day break at Cleo’s property and would say one of the best self catering accommodations we have stayed in. Communication excellent from first booking to arrival (thank you Yvonne), very thoughtful welcome pack of goodies and essentials - everything you could need for a home away from home stay. Lovely terrace overlooking the pool and a really good spot for enjoying the March sunshine. 20 minute walk for us to the seafront but bus or taxi if walking not your thing. We liked the quiet area situated between old town and seafront. Perfect .

Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge

Wir haben ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus vorgefunden, genau wie beschrieben. Es hat alles super geklappt, Yvonne hatte uns im Vorfeld schon mit vielen wichtigen Infos versorgt. Auch Cleos Tipps und Hinweise haben uns geholfen, uns schon im Vorfeld vorzubereiten. Denn wir waren zum Sightseeing da und wollten jede Minute nutzen. Wetter zum Baden war leider eher nicht. Das Häuschen mit der Terasse zum Pool, echt gemütlich, wir haben das Frühstück auf der Terasse genossen. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Yvonne reagiert bei Fragen sofort. Toll fanden wir die Lebensmittelgrundausstattung, so mussten wir nicht sofort einkaufen flitzen. Paphos hat gefühlt eine Million Straßen, weswegen wir uns überwiegend mit Navi bewegt haben. Zum Hafen sind es knapp 20- 30 Minuten zu Fuß, ca. 20 Minuten bis zur Kings Avenue Mall oder auch zum Town Centre. Für uns alles gut gelegen. Für notdürftige Einkäufe findet man an jeder Straßenecke kleine Minimarkets. Echt empfehlen möchten wir die Taverne Nähe St. Pauls Pillar, ich glaube, die heißt auch so. Leckeres Essen und echt freundliche Bedienung. Wir fanden es absolut Spitze da. Keine Touriabzocke. In Paphos haben wir alles zu Fuss erkundet und sind manchmal an den Hotspots vorbeigelaufen, weil sie nicht immer gekennzeichnet sind. Aber das Häuschen können wir sehr empfehlen. Lovely week

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The house had everything you could need, and was clean well kept. The little touches like the welcome hamper was an unexpected treat. The pool area was full of plants and flowers with plenty of sunbeds. We even had it to ourselves at times. Would definitely stay here again !

Great Holiday

What a great holiday home! We have stayed in similar properties in the Universal District area of Paphos but this property/owner combination is the best we have experienced. From initial contact with Cleo, through to contact with the contact Yvonne was 1st class, even after we had left. The instructions pack we received prior to arrival gave us everything we needed to find and enter the property upon arrival and the extremely generous welcome pack made arrival at the property very relaxing, especially the wine and beer! We were also given all of the contact numbers for various people in case of problems. This also provided confidence. The location is perfect with a easy 20-minute walk into Paphos town, and the proximity of 2 kiosks and a large supermarket makes shopping very easy. The property itself is extremely well appointed with all mod cons, has a very well stocked kitchen in terms of equipment and cutlery. It also had the benefit of the most powerful shower we have ever experienced in 12 trips to Cyprus. The pool area is beautiful with plentiful sun beds and a lovely pool. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend this property, even if it means we have to get into a queue to stay again!!! A five-star experience.

We are two couples that met when our young children were in a Mums and Tots group in Paphos in 2006 and we became fast friends. A few years later we began working together in our real estate and property sales company Cyprus101. It is now twelve years later and we saw this lovely property for sale and decided to purchase it as a joint venture. This home is on a small exclusive complex in Kato Paphos, within walking distance to local amenities and nearby bus stop. It is close to all the amenities and tourist area yet quiet when you come home after a day at the beach or a night out.

The property has been maintained to an exceptional standard and is in excellent condition with high quality finishes. You can truly make yourself at home with every comfort being provided from cooking utensils, linens, complimentary air conditioning to wifi.
