We enjoyed a wonderful week on Spanish Wells for the 4th time but first time in this wonderful house. What we probably loved most was the huge porch and the pretty beach with like almost no people.

If you are looking for the beach house you've always dreamed of, look no further! We spent our Eleuthera vacation at the Sea Shanty and absolutely loved it. The bed is super comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen have everything you need. We enjoyed doing a barbecue on the deck, waking up to the sounds of the ocean waves, and feeling like we were truly living the island life! Jethro knows the island inside out and was super helfpul during our entire stay. He sent us great information about restaurants, rental cars, and things to do with our booking, and welcomed us with insider recommendations about the coolest things that you won't find on the internet! Eleuthera is a secret paradise, with the most beautiful beaches that we had all to ourselves, and this was the perfect place to call home for our island getaway. We would definitely recommend the Sea Shanty to anyone!

Super located cabin!

This house is gorgeous! It is designed perfectly - with a wrap-around porch, the two separate little "houses" (for each bedroom/bathroom) and the common living room kitchen in between them, which offers complete privacy and yet a great and comfortable common space for meals and family time. It is also furnished with gorgeous all new furniture through-out; very modern, yet cozy. The house is located in the most quiet and beautiful part of the island, 8 minutes away from town (by golf cart). The beach is right behind the house and the Atlantic ocean is literally visible from all areas of the house. There was not one thing we missed, the kitchen was complete with every gourmet gadget one might need and the living room has a nice stereo you can hook up to your phone. I'd also like to mention (just because that's always important to me) that the 2 mattresses are also of very good quality. We loved the large porch overlooking the ocean, with the lounge chairs, big arm chairs, large dining room table and benches, and last but not least, the little bar (not stocked of course until we got there :) I have traveled the world but I have honestly never seen a more comfortable and luxurious place than this one.
