Modern Four Bedroom Home ON THE BEACH in Grand Bahama

Newly renovated (2022) four bedroom 4 bathroom bungalow, with 14-foot cathedral ceilings, in beautiful Pelican Point. The living room features 17' sliding glass doors and a french door opening onto both a large covered and open beach deck. You will find four bedrooms, all with Queen size beds and ceiling fans, the option to lockout two bedrooms as a suite, a 60-foot-long covered deck, central forced air conditioning/heating, a master suite with a soaker tub, and an oversized kitchen fully stocked with everything you'll need for your vacation. All of the furnishings were replaced in 2022.
The rental includes use of our two double Kayaks. If you enjoy fishing, snorkeling, scuba, walking at sunrise/sunset on the beach, swimming, or just spending time relaxing with a good book, this is the location for your vacation.

This house is AMAZING!!! And it has EVERYTHING you could possibly want and more! Miles of beach on both sides and you won't see anyone out there. The view is picture perfect! Quiet and relaxing and the host is GREAT!

This is a fantastic home with access to a beautiful beach. You can walk the beach for miles and only see a few people the whole day. The home has everything you need including two kayaks. The restaurant next door, Pelicans by the Sea, has wonderful fresh fish and casual fare. The food is great and the staff warm and welcoming. The caretaker, Danny, is a thoughtful host and can answer any questions as they arise. Perfect if you are looking for a quiet getaway. The 45-minute drive from Freeport is easy and the national park along the way is definitely worth a day trip.

The Pelican Point house exceeded our expectations, beautiful home and beautiful beach! The owners were most helpful providing needed information before our arrival and promptly responded when we had a question after our arrival. The caretaker lived nearby and responded with assistance on the two occasions we called him. We look forward to our next visit to Pelican Point and the Lee Shores beach house!

The house is very nicely appointed and was well kept. A few things are worth noting. The main dishwasher was not working and the caretake appeared to know about it but failed to tell us. If you want remote, this is remote. Honestly, you have to purchase everything in town - which is an hour drive away. The nearby restaurant closes at 5. That is not when they stop serving - that is when they shut the doors.

Beautiful house in the most amazing location! The first two days I was blown away by the miles of perfect beaches to myself, and i am from sarasota! What I left with was the sadness of leaving home. Everyone in pelican point made me instantly a member of the family! This was the most beautiful and heart warming vacation I have ever had. I miss everything already as I sit and right this on the beach in anna maria island 8 hours after leaving!

Beautiful beach home with Atlantic Ocean at your door step. Comfortable and modern house with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Danny was spot on with any issues or questions during our stay. One note, If you are going to grill outside you will need to pick up charcoal in Freeport.

Spring Break!

Family of 5 had a wonderful vacation on Pelican Point. The house is well equipped and Danny the caretaker is readily available for any additional needs. As advertised this location is a bit off the beaten path and is perfect for a quality family vacation away from the hustle of everyday life!! Weather was perfect, no issues with bugs, and caught some fish!!

Perfect Secluded Honeymoon Spot

Everything was amazing, from communication after booking to the home itself and gorgeous Pelican Point. The location is perfect for a quiet vacation and close enough to Freeport that you can create the exact getaway you’re looking for. Wonderful location close to paradise!

We had an amazing stay at the property, the information was all correct. Contact with the owners was easy and they were exceptionally helpful the same applies to the local house manager. Just a little a suggestion might be to advise guest to bring insect repellents for the sand flies and mini mosquitos, we did keep windows closed as I know you have to be careful, it didn't spoil our stay as the beach was wonderful.

An amazing place. The home is very up to date. Appliances are all top of the line. View is incredible!!! The coral makes is "interesting " getting in the water during high tide, but there is access without any coral 25 yards down the beach. There is a trail tru the coral you can see and follow at low tide as well. The bar down the beach is great. Great people and great food!!!Make sure you bring PLENTY of food from Freeport before you come!!! There is a small shop for food and liquor across from the bar but the selection is small. And they only take cash. The locals are amazing though!!! Needed a couple items and did not have cash. The owner said " Just take what you need and pay me when you get some cash....". Pelican Point is very isolated, so most of the time, we were the only ones on the beach. Walked about 5 miles East and West looking for Conch shells and Seabiscuits and never saw a single person......found more than i could carry, fyi.Overall, definitely a 10/10.
Great Cracked Conch. Got to try the thier specialty "Panny Cakes".
Nobody as far as you can see.

Exactly what we needed

We booked this house for a quiet, no schedule, get away and it delivered big time. The house is fantastic. Communication with the host, prior to arrival, was spot on. Danny, the caretaker on site is great and checked in regularly. We walked the beach, swam in beautiful clear water and listened to all of the quiet the area had to offer. We should have stayed one more day!

The house is so well thought out a real joy to spend time there enjoying the comforts, along with the scenery of the Grand Bahamas and Pelican Point. You will not find another property on Grand Bahama like Lee Shores Beach House. Located right on the beach, completely renovated with all North American-style furnishings in 2022. Open one of the four glass doors (the largest 17 feet long) on the beach side to walk directly onto the covered deck and then onto the beach. Did we tell you that the beach is almost always empty and goes for miles and miles and miles in both directions? If you love snorkeling, you can enjoy the reef just off the beach. If you like fishing, there is bone fishing, grouper, and snapper to be caught in abundance just off our shore. Local boat rentals are available if desired.

Located in Pelican Point, Lee Shores Beach House has room for 8+ guests. The house has two full kitchens and can be divided into two units providing privacy for a part of your group. The east two bedrooms can be locked off as a separate one or two-bedroom efficiency unit with a kitchen, sitting area, TV, and a separate bathroom. The east end of the house has its own private access to the covered deck and beach. Great for families who want to share time together but appreciate their privacy. Bring the grandparents and give them their own space.

Just down the beach is Pelicans on the Beach a great local dining experience. Take in some of the Bahamas' best food just min away from the Beach House.
