Ferradurinha: Ferienunterkünfte mit Whirlpool

The house is in bad condition and the pictures unfortunately do not reflect the situation exactly like the description is not right. So bad, we left the property after 30 minutes again. The bed, all the sofas, all the loungers are covered with small mold spots or painted black water streaks. The outside shower is completely moldy and dirty, the water in the pool is greenish and none outside installations have been cleaned properly for a long time. The house gives the impression that nothing has been invested for a long time and no effort has been made to clean it. All utensils are so outdated and in bad condition that it is very unpleasant to touch anything. The internet mentioned in the description, which is a compulsory service for us when we rent a house, is not available as we were told on site. The property owner did not give us any answers despite multiple, documented contact attempts. It is more, he even did not answer on where to deposit the keys after we left, forcing us to the keys back to our home country. Unfortunately we can’t upload pictures here so you can compare them. In Buzios - as we fortunately learned later - there are some very nice ways to spend a relaxing holiday in a clean environment, but this house is definitely not one of them.
