Excellent location and communication with the owner. It is close to the bus stop, restaurants and the pharmacy. The closes beach is 5’ walk. The terrace is amazing as you have the shade all day long. The furniture is a bit older but it makes the charm of the apartment. All in all great the only thing I would change would be the bed as a bit old and small for us.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Vermieter, im Kühlschrank bereits Prosecco und Wasser kalt gestellt sowie eine Schale Obst auf dem Tisch. Hervorragende Ausstattung bis ins Detail. Die Vermieter sind unaufdringlich, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, gaben wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge ins Umland. Hervorragende Gastgeber. Sehr ruhige Umgebung mit wunderbarer Aussicht sowie zauberhaften Garten mit Terrasse und Pool. In 20 Minuten in Nizza, schnell an anderen hotspots.

Wir konnten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in der Altstadt in Nizza verbringen. Eine sehr geschmackvoll saubere kleine Wohnung in zentraler Lage.

Ruhig gelegen, schöner Blick in die Bucht, Charmant eingerichtet und sehr schöne helle Küche+Terasse+Wohnzimmer. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man im Alltag braucht. Parken direkt vor dem Haus und Nizza und Co vor der Haustür (Auto, Bus). Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt etc. In Villefranche 10min zu Fuß entfernt bequem erreichbar.

Nizza ist eine lebendige und bezaubernde Stadt am Meer, mit vielen Angeboten in den Bereichen Sport, Natur und Kultur. Die Wohnung verfügt über wirklich alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht und liegt in einem schönen Viertel mit vielen Restaurants, Einkaufmöglichkeiten und vor allem fußläufig zum Strand. Nona kümmert sich vorbildlich um einen netten Empfang, makellose Sauberkeit und gibt interessante Ausgehtipps. Wir waren schon mehrfach hier und werden gern wiederkommen.

Perfekt week

The two-story apartment was perfect for our travel group of 6 offering everything you need to sleep and live and some amenities like tech equipment for washing, dishwashing, TV, wifi, heating/cooling and coffee making. 3 bathrooms mean no morning congestion and you are quickly seated at the breakfast table or balcony with the perfect view on the Nice harbor. Bakery and supermarket are around the corner, as well as bus and streetcar stops. A small elevator makes it easy to return to the 6th floor (only a few steps left) A wide variety of nice restaurants are right outside the door, yet not noisy at night (at least in October) as the bedrooms face out the back. The furnishings offer everything you need, relying on open shelving instead of stuffy closets. The apartment is very well maintained and super clean. The communication on site went smoothly, the answers to questions in advance always came promptly. Our request for an early check-in was met without complications, the handovers ran absolutely on time. The perfect location for the perfect stay in Nice!
