Wir waren acht Frauen und haben uns super wohl gefühlt Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr großzügig und der Pool ist der Hammer alles sehr sehr gepflegt!!! Und der Vermieter Yannis war super nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen wieder !!!

Villa Hill" is a beautiful, tastefully furnished and fully equipped vacation home - which can be described as luxurious without exaggeration. The pictures and description of the property are 100% accurate. On our arrival we found water, white wine, red wine, milk, butter, cornflakes, honey, jam, washing-up liquid, washing machine tabs and various other things in addition to the items we had hoped for such as salt, pepper, vinegar and oil. We have never experienced this before and we thought it was really great. Also worth mentioning is the huge outdoor area with comfortable loungers, armchairs and parasols. The pool is large and over 1.50 m deep at all points - a dream for anyone who likes to swim extensively. The wonderful view of the olive groves, the beautiful deep blue sea and the Skopos peninsula, the jacuzzi and the outdoor bar with barbecue area complete the picture. For the sake of completeness, the huge parking space for up to 4 cars should not go unmentioned. The attentive, hospitable, super friendly and very discreet owner family is always approachable and any concerns are dealt with in minutes. We spent two wonderful weeks in this cozy place on Zakynthos.

08. bis 22. 09. 2022 Die Zusammenfassung vorab: Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Pool, in toller Lage und allen Annehmlichkeiten, zum rundum wohlfühlen. Als wir die Ferienwohnung im Internet ausgesucht haben, war das ausschlaggebende Element, der Blick über den Pool in den Sonnenuntergang. Na ja, dachten wir. Bilder kann man auch im Nachhinein schön aussehen lassen. Wir haben uns letztendlich für die Wohnung entschieden, da sowohl zwei Schlaf, als auch zwei Badezimmer haben sollte. ALs wir die knapp 15 Minuten vom Flughafen zur Wohnung hinter uns gebracht hatten, stand Christina, die Vermieterin, schon auf der Straße, um uns den Stellplatz für den Wagen zu zeigen. Danach hat Sie uns sehr ausführlich die Wohnung gezeigt und uns erklärt, was wir wo finden können. Die EInweisung in die Waschmaschine und den Trockner gehörten genauso dazu, wie die Steuerung der Klimaanlage und Spülmaschine. ABER das Beste war der Blick von der Terrasse. Die Bilder in der Anzeige waren nicht geschönt. Im Gegenteil - ich glaube ich habe noch nie so viele Fotos von ein und demselben Blickwinkel gemacht. Alleine dafür hätte ich auch 6 Sterne vergeben. Die Lage des Hauses, oberhalb von Zakynthos Stadt, bedeutet aber auch, dass man entweder gut zu Fuß ist oder für den Zeitraum des Aufenthalts einen fahrbaren Untersatz hat. Der nächste Mini Market (10 min zu Fuß) hat zwar alles Notwendige, lässt es sich aber auch entsprechend bezahlen. EIn guter Tipp ist der Lidl, ca. 15 min mit dem Auto. Die Supermärkte um die Fußgängerzone in Zakynthos selbst, haben ein besseres Angebot, sind aber immernoch etwas hochpreisiger als der namentlich genannte Supermarkt. Aber zurück zur Ferienwohnung. Wenn es irgendwelche Fragen oder Wünsche gab, reichte eine WhatsApp an Christina und schon hatten wir einen Grill oder zusätzliche Handtücher auf der Terrasse stehen bzw. liegen. Unsere Gruppe war einhellig der Meinung, dass man es nicht besser hätte treffen können. Die Fernseher (in jedem Schlafzimmer und ein großer Im Wohnzimmer) sind lediglich zur Beerdigung der Queen angewesen. Ansonsten haben wir das "Live-Programm" der Sonne auf der Terrasse mit dem abendlichen Zikaden-zirpen genossen. DANKE FAZIT: Jederzeit gerne wieder Peter Becker

We‘ve spent a very relaxing week at Irinis space in August. Irini was a very dedicated host. She had good tipps where to go on the island and where to go for dinner. She has also recommended Seascape for a private boat trip, which was great. The house was cleaned and towels were changed every day. Thank you Irini for the relaxing week we could spend at your place. All the best for you and your family and little Malou 🐾.

We (2 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 little dog) rented this house in late July 2019. The house was basically brand-new and just came on the market to be rented out to tourists, so everything inside was new and fresh and immaculate. The house is quite small (as mentioned in the description), so it is a bit "tight" for four persons, I would say. In the summer, when it is hot and you are anyway somewhat outside, it is okay because you can also sit on the terrace. In other seasons, the house might be more suitable for two people, though. We let our teenage kids sleep in the double bed in the upper floor and we slept downstairs on the couch, which was quite comfortable. Still, with our luggage, the place was quite cramped and full because you always need some space to put your things. So, this is something to consider when booking this place. The terrace with the table and the chairs is great, so we were eating breakfast or dinner outside, next to the pool. The pool itself is also nice - it is too small to swim, of course, it is more a whirlpool to hang out and relax, but that is also very nice. When we arrived at the location, we were first a bit disappointed because we expected - based on the pictures - that the house would be even more secluded and located in the middle of an olive grove. The pictures are authentic but only show the view onto the bay. Towards the opposite direction, there is a neighbored house close by, like 20m off, and it's a relatively big house with three floors and balconies, so you don't feel so "private" anymore as the pictures suggested. Another disappointment was that the house has no washing machine. But then, the landlords have been super-friendly and super-helpful and washed our laundry three times during our stay, so that totally compensated for the fact that there was no washing machine. We also got some vegetables and some home-made red wine to taste, which was very nice and lovely. The main road is also relatively close by (maybe 30m direct line), so that means that you hear some traffic during the day, but not during the night. The house is, otherwise, in a very central location of Zakynthos and allows to reach all locations easily. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend it. It would be great if there was a bit more space, also in the kitchen, and a few more possibilities to put your stuff, but in the end that was of minor importance.
