Guest access
Guests have access to everything in the house except for the supply closet, which is reserved for our cleaning team.

Guests will be granted access through a keyless entry system. The keypad is located at the front door only. Your unique key code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your arrival date.

Garage:
Please feel free to use the 2-car garage, however, no remotes are given to guests so the garage can only be opened and closed with the access code provided by the host for each stay.
Other things to note
🔆 WE HAVE A STRICT NO PARTY POLICY. Any signs of unauthorized guests that are not listed on the reservation or unauthorized party, you will be asked to leave the premises IMMEDIATELY with no refund.

🔆 Absolutely NO SPEAKERS are allowed to be used outside the home AT ANYTIME. You will be charged $1,000 for disturbing the neighborhood.

🔆For special events, please get in touch with your host to make a booking today! Special events must be approved by the host prior to your arrival.

🔆 Garage & driveway can comfortably fit up to 8 cars only. NO STREET PARKING IS ALLOWED so if you have more than 8 cars please CARPOOL.

🔆 This home is for a MAXIMUM of 18 guests. Only guests that are on the reservation are allowed in the house unless prior approval is given by the host. Extra guests are an additional $50/each. Extra guests include those who aren't spending the night (visitors).
