Hamilton beach Villa stay

The Hamilton is a great place to stay. It was beautiful and quiet. The check in process was smooth and they were ready for us when we arrived. Loved all of the staff that we engaged with. Our host was very prompt with responses and I loved that.

Good size property with great amenities. Staff on site were excellent and very friendly. The owner was extremely helpful in organising hire cars, etc. Overall, a very good holiday for the family.

We thoroughly enjoyed your condo for our first visit to Nevis. Plenty of space with comfortable beds. Maid service was very attentive and pickleball court and spa were nice to have on the property. Yachtsman Grille was our choice for many of our meals. Strongly recommended!

We have stayed in an adjacent villa at Hamilton prior. This unit is very similar. Well equipped and the onsite management is very responsive. We had a few minor issues that were taken care of promptly. Love the location and would stay again.

Wonderful stay in Nevis

A wonderful relaxing holiday in the beautiful apartment at the Hamilton Beach. The resort was beautiful and all the staff so friendly and helpful. The apartment was fully furnished with a great kitchen, amazing fridge/freezer and washing and drying facilities which meant all our clothes were clean to take home. Would recommend this apartment without a doubt.

We were so happy with our choice to stay at this property, part of Hamilton Estates. The pictures online don’t do the condo justice. The main living space was much larger than I anticipated. We were very comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the villa was so quiet. I never heard another person while staying. Great location, walk to the beach and Yachtsman Grill. Would stay here again.

Great unit. Great resort and location!

We just returned from our vacation at unit 3C at The Hamilton in Nevis. This unit and resort is exactly as advertised. We found a spacious, clean unit only steps from the beach and a great pool. The beach was awesome. The resort was very family friendly as well. Special thanks to Susan and Amelia who are very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and visit this wonderful island. We have visited many Caribbean islands and Nevis and The Hamilton are definitely at the top of the list!

Wonderful condo

This is our second time renting this condo in The Hamilton Beach Villas and we hope to return again. The condo is in great shape and nicely furnished. The condo grounds are pretty with gardens and two pools. We love the beach and that chairs and umbrellas are set up for you. There is a wonderful restaurant on site, The Yatchsmen Grill. Also, there is a small gym and spa. The location is close to many other restaurants. Nevis is a beautiful island that has not been ruined with high rises and over development.

Seaside Oasis!

We had a great week and the place the exactly as described! It is beautifully decorated and just steps away from the sparkling beach! All the furniture is clean and stylish and the kitchen is state of art with everything you need to whip up a meal. Bathrooms are spacious, clean and modern. The landscaping of the complex is outstanding and so inviting along with the pool. The Yachtsman Grill served up some great brick oven pizza and banana pancakes in the morning. The owner and staff were extermely nice and pleasant to talk with. If you are looking for the best place to stay on Nevis then look no further than here! You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful condo! Perfect location, literally a few steps from the beach!!! This is perfect for families or couples. Beautiful views of St. Kitts while relaxing in the sun or in the ocean. Great location on the island, just minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants and sites. The condo is beautiful with all the comforts of home. Modern kitchen, washer/dryer etc. Clean condo. Amelia the property manager picked us up from the ferry and got us settled in. She was a terrific resource for anything we needed. We will definitely be back. Perfect place to stay on Nevis

We spent a week at this property on Nevis. The condo was spacious and in an ideal location. Just a short walk and you are on a quiet, beautiful stretch of beach. Always plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The check in process with Amelia was seamless. She arranged for our rental car, and pick us up in it. So we were set to go immediately. Sue, the owner, responded quickly to any questions. The on-site restaurant, Yachtsman Grill, was not only very convenient, but served good food as well. The complex has a small, but very well equipped and clean workout area. Highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting Nevis. Definitely would recommend renting a car..

Perfect location to enjoy the beach in a beautiful condo

My husband and I spent a very enjoyable week in this condo which was just as advertised. We were well apprised of the contact people and how we would obtain transportation from the St. Kitts airport. All went smoothly in the taxi and water taxi arranged for us. Hamilton Beach Villas is quiet and lovely, and has a terrific restaurant. We especially enjoyed the band on Sunday night. The condo has a very convenient layout with a state of the art kitchen, relaxing showers and comfortable beds. It is very clean and comfortable with modern furniture and all the equipment and supplies you could want. The property manager and owners were responsive to our needs. It is a short walk to the beach where there are plenty of lounge chairs and the water is clear and clean. I would recommend this condo.

Location, Location, Location!

My family and I just returned from our stay in Nevis and I have to say that this accommodation was perfect for our needs. It was tastefully decorated and was well appointed with all the amenities you would expect. Amelia, the managing agent, was lovely to work with and responsive during our stay. Not only was Hamilton Villas perfectly located on the Caribbean Sea side of the island, which provided calmer waters and gorgeous sunsets, it was well located for easy access to restaurants and shopping. The icing on the cake was that we could count our footsteps to the beach, which had plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The Yachtsman Grill was the beach restaurant and it offered delicious foodservice throughout the day. Considering it was a busy holiday week, our beach area was quiet and we had ample space to maintain a sense of privacy between all the guests. This is a terrific find if you are looking for a low key vacation with everything you need to just relax and unwind.

Fantastic accommodations for this family

Wow, I don’t know where to start—everything was great from booking to departure. My husband said —this was even better than I thought it was going to be. High praise from him. The condo was well appointed as other reviews noted, high end appliances, nicely decorated, and had really comfortable beds (very important feature, in my book). The on site restaurant had great food, the live music on Sundays could be heard easily from our patio while our kids slept inside —best eve ever; beach was less than 100 steps from our sliding door and pool was great for our kids. For US travelers, plug-ins were us 110 so no adapters needed; wi fi was better than expected for kids streaming and adults working remotely; exercise area was limited but better than some hotels I’ve been at and worked great for me on days I didn’t run outdoors. Amelia, the property manager helped with travel arrangements from airport to property and checked on us—very helpful. Vibe was quiet and relaxed—many times, we were one of few at beach and at pool. Beach was fantastic, amazing views and great location for the property. Reminiscing now and smiling :). Highly recommend for couples or families with kids who want a quiet scene to reconnect.

Hello, we are Mike and Sue Elms, from the UK and we first came to Nevis over 13 years ago looking for some land to build our dream, winter sun house on. We found it up the mountain at Fern Hill Estates.
Mango Breeze was built and as well as providing a lovely family home over the years, more recently it has been successfully let out, through VRBO. ( please check out its 5 star ratings property no 670302)
It was so popular that we decided to invest with the same local builder and buy a beach property at The Hamilton Beach Resort,which we are now proud to advertise to rent.

Three C, is very well located, in a safe and secure resort. Free WIFI, TV package and on site management all contribute to a hassle free vacation.

In addition to all of the amenities that the resort offers, our own property manager can arrange, meet and greet, car hire, transfers from the airport in St Kitts and welcome packages of food and drink so that your fridge is stocked when you arrive.
Opening shortly on site are additional facilities such as gym, spa and tennis courts ( please check prior to booking for progress)

What do we love about The Hamilton Beach Resort....well, we stayed here in 2015 and liked it so much..we bought one!!

Our typical day?...a 50 yard walk to a gorgeous beach, a touch of breakfast in The Yachtsman Grill, a leisurely walk along the beachfront to Chrishi Beach Bar, sun bathing, swimming, then a long long lunch before walking home at sunset...If you feel more energetic, there are daily fitness classes at various locations, or even hike to the Summit of Mt Nevis..WHAT A VIEW!
