Nelson Spring Beachfront Bliss | Captivating Nevis
Welcome to Nelson Spring Beach Resort. Don't just cast your cares aside...cast them seaside on the beautiful island of Nevis! This spacious beachfront paradise with central air conditioning features calming front seat ocean views and peaceful sounds of the gentle waves of the Caribbean Sea. This villa sits on a beautiful expanse of white sand beaches, perfect for strolling, swimming and sunbathing! Your oasis awaits just steps from the front door.
PLEASE NOTE: A new villa has been under construction next to our villa. From within the villa, noise isn't a concern. From the ocean view veranda's right side, a portion of the project is visible. The view of the Caribbean is not obstructed. Although noise is a possibility, we have received just one complaint from over 50 guests over the course of the last year.
This nicely-appointed 2 bedroom villa features 2 queen-sized beds on the second level (stairs required), and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, to comfortably accommodate a total of 6 guests. The oceanfront screened-in veranda allows for relaxing while inside the unit. There is also a balcony off of the primary bedroom where you can soak in the first light of a new day or enjoy a cup of coffee! Fresh linens are provided as well as house beach towels for your use during your stay. Electrical outlets are USA style Type B.
On premise's parking accommodates up to two vehicles. For your convenience, a private washer and dryer closet is below the unit for your use. In an effort to be a good neighbor, events and parties are not permitted. Smoking, vaping and underage drinking are not permitted.
Our guests have full access to the entire unit, with exception to the owner's closet, and are also free to use the shared pool. The lounge chairs found on the beach are also available for your enjoyment and are exclusively for Nelson Spring guests. Outdoor showers are available for rinsing.
Stairs required to access second level with bedrooms and bathrooms. Furniture should not be moved.
For your planning purposes, please note that during drought periods a government water rationing schedule may be put in place whereby water would be turned off island-wide each night. At other times, water pressure island-wide may be reduced overnight. Periodically, temporary water service interruptions occur on the island, lasting several hours. They are generally quickly mitigated to restore service.
Occasionally, dependent upon our cleaning schedule and other bookings, we might be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out (up to 3:00 pm for late). 12:00 pm -1:59 pm for early check-in and 1:01 pm - 3:00 pm for late check-out would be $50 each.
Departure day:
Please wash used pots & pans that cannot fit in the dishwasher.
Load and run the dishwasher.
Empty the refrigerator.
Gather used towels and place on bathroom floor.
Please strip sheets from the beds that were occupied and leave bedding atop beds.
Trash to the large white bin at the curve by building 5. No recycling.
Close windows and exterior doors.
Please leave the key/s on kitchen counter, turn off lights, and close door. Thank you.
