Wake up above the Salt Lake Valley in this 5-bedroom mountain villa, where 14 beds sleep up to 16 guests. Soak in the hot tub as the city lights spread out below, gather around the fire pit, and play ping pong on the deck. Two full kitchens, two washers and dryers, and parking for six cars make large groups easy. Snowbird, Alta, and Solitude are 25 minutes away and the Mount Olympus trailhead is a mile from the door, making this a relaxing base for your outdoor adventures.



Perched in the foothills above the Salt Lake Valley, this villa pairs big mountain views with room for everyone to spread out.



Outside



The deck is where guests spend their evenings: a jacuzzi hot tub overlooking the city lights, a fire pit, comfortable lounge furniture, and a ping pong table. Yard games are on hand for warmer afternoons.



Two kitchens, two laundry rooms



The main-floor kitchen is fully equipped, with a second kitchenette downstairs and three refrigerators between them, so a large group never competes for space. Complimentary coffee and tea are stocked. Two washers (pre-loaded with detergent) and two dryers handle a week of ski gear, with fabric softener and bleach provided.



Living and gathering



The main living room is bright and comfortable, built around an 86" smart TV for movie nights, with board games close by. Dual-zone heating and cooling, with separate systems upstairs and down, keeps everyone comfortable year-round. There's also a dedicated workspace if you need to check in with the office.

This setup works well for family reunions, ski trips, and multi-family stays needing more bedrooms, beds, parking, or shared gathering space. Closer to home, the Mount Olympus trailhead, Millcreek Pipeline Trail, and the Bonneville Shoreline "Z" Connector are all about a mile away. Olympus Hills Shopping Center, a mile from the house, covers groceries, a bakery and café, restaurants, a bowling alley, and fuel. Smith's, Harmons, and REI are two miles out, and Fashion Place Mall is a 12-minute drive. Downtown is 12 minutes away, putting Temple Square and the City Creek shops within easy reach, including for the 2027 temple open house.

Guests have the entire villa. Grocery delivery is complimentary, and on request we can arrange a private chef, catering, fridge stocking, babysitting, extra cleaning, and ski gear rentals.

Roger looks after this villa, and guests mention him more than any other part of their stay. He answers quickly, walks people through the home and its amenities, and sorts out anything unexpected without fuss. Whether it's a question about the hot tub or a recommendation for dinner after a day on the slopes, he's a message away.

The villa sits on a quiet residential street, and we ask all guests to help preserve that for our neighbors. Please review our house rules before booking, including quiet hours and our no-events policy.



⮞ House Rules and Other Notable Details ⮜



● Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. The home is located in a quiet, private residential neighborhood, and these quiet hours are required by local regulations. We ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

● No parties, events or gatherings. Only registered guests included in the reservation may be on the property. Parties, weddings, corporate events, and other organized gatherings beyond the reserved group are not permitted unless otherwise approved by us before your stay. Please reach out to us with any questions.

● No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors, including marijuana.

● Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times and match the number of guests on the reservation.

● Violations of the no-events or occupancy policy may result in a $10,000 fee, in addition to any applicable charges or penalties imposed by local authorities, as well as early termination of the stay in accordance with our Terms of Service.

● No pets are permitted at the property.

● Street parking is not allowed and vehicles will be towed at the guest's expense.

● Please remove your shoes indoors.

● Guests must be at least 22 years old to book.
