Beautiful, new, clean home. The house layout was great and the house had everything we needed. Loved that it was directly across from the pool too. The house was in a very nice neighborhood! Check-in and check-out was easy! We absolutely loved this home!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The check-in instructions were great and the house was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the views from the property. There were four of us that stayed, and there was a lot of space. We used it as a homebase for traveling to Bryce, Zion, and best friends. There is lots to do in the area.

Family Spring Break

This was an amazing place for our family to spend spring break as it was a central location to so many outdoor activities, Zion National Park and hikes. House was perfect size for our family of 4 for the week. S’mores in the fire pit, endless jumping on the trampoline in the backward and across the street from the community pool.

We absolutely loved everything about this house! 🌟It’s perfectly located for exploring Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon. The house itself is stunning – spacious, beautifully decorated, very well equipped, and filled with natural light.Our kids especially enjoyed the pool right across the street and the trampoline in the garden. The view is just breathtaking, and we truly felt at home from the very first moment.We only wish we could have stayed longer! We 100% recommend this place.

Great space, fully renovated, clean and comfortable.

We rented 3 houses at La Estancia (extended fam and friends) and this one was the nicest. Spacious, bright and comfortable. Beautiful view out the back porch and right across from the rec center for swimming and pool. Highly recommend.

Excellent Spot for Families Central to Parks

We stayed a few nights during our exploration of Utah. The house was in a great neighborhood in Kanab with beautiful surroundings. The community center and pool were directly across the street which our kids appreciated and the trampoline in the backyard was an added bonus. This house is ideal for families - clean, lots of gathering spaces, great bedrooms. We were a reasonable drive away from Zion and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. We would highly recommend it for your next visit to Utah.

Fantastic Base for Exploring

We wanted a home base to explore the natural sites of the area - Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park and Antelope Canyon. This property is a great location to easily access the parks and was a comfortable spot to relax in during the evening after a busy day exploring. The house was well-stocked with all the needed basics (hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry supplies, garbage bags, paper products, shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as a few cooking basics - oil, spices, coffee, Splenda). During our stay, we cooked every night - the kitchen had all the right supplies. The family spaces were comfortable and had multiple entertainment options both inside and outside as well as the community amenities just across the street. The kids enjoyed the trampoline, fire pit, pool table and pool. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, and had plenty of linens, towels and blankets. The decor made it feel like a home. The neighborhood was peaceful with great views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and would absolutely come back.

What an amazing home! Spacious, clean, safe, with stunning views and plenty of comfort. We enjoyed every minute. Soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, and other short term needs were provided, which is so thoughtful and appreciated. We enjoyed having access to the pool, cooking on the grill outside, and proximity to Snow Canyon State Park can’t be beat. Don’t hesitate to book this rental, you will love it!
