Peaceful 4br home with pool. Room for the whole family including your fur babies

Peaceful Stay at Dyar is a spacious 4Bedroom home with a pool, two Living Areas, Separate Dining, Full Kitchen and secure large backyard.
We are your home away from home. We provide the basics, leaving you travelling room for the fun stuff. The Kitchen has a revolving Pantry/Fridge so you are welcome to use and replace the goods you require. Fresh Milk is provided in the fridge on your arrival with tea and coffee facilities.
The Laundry has washing powder.
The Bathrooms have soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Outside we have a BBQ, 10 seater timber outdoor setting in the undercover area.
The large, grassed backyard is secure for children and dogs.
The pool is solar heated for perfect enjoyment in summer, spring & sometimes autumn (we do ask that dogs don't go in the pool please).
We are approx 8mins drive from the centre of Mildura and in the other direction 8mins drive to boat ramps and bush walking on the Murray River.
All in all Peaceful Stay at Dyar is the perfect place for your family to relax and create some precious memories.
We have plenty of parking for trailers and caravans. There is an addition fee for caravans to cover power etc.
We are also available for corporate hire for the extended working trip.

The property was very well presented, clean, spacious with an enormous enclosed yard for our fur baby to explore. Beds were comfortable, modern bathrooms, kitchen equipped with everything you could need. Large screen TV, lots of board games all in this tranquil setting, quiet street with lots of parking space. Spacious, comfortable and secure.

It was a perfect place to stay, we enjoyed ourselves by the pool, the property was securely fenced, the dog had a great time too. The house was comfortable, clean and spacious. It was also generously stocked for our 4 week stay. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful with local knowledge. We look forward to returning.

Excellent house, had everything we needed. Very clean. King bed was comfy. Dogs enjoyed the large secure yard.If we were coming back to Mildura we would definitely stay here again. Carol was most obliging. I’m just sorry it was too cold to use the pool. It looked very inviting.Overall it was a very peaceful and quiet place to stay.

Perfect for a family reunion

We are 6 siblings from different states and we met up in this wonderful home for a get together. The home was perfect - loads of room, beautiful gardens, everything we needed. Host Carol was easy to communicate with and really helpful. Highly recommended

This was a great house. Large, comfortable and well stocked. Carol was responsive to any issues that arose. The garden is lovely and big enough to kick a football in. The king size bed is a real king size bed, not just two beds pushed together. The walk in robe is enormous. It is a little way out of Mildura, but it is a very easy drive. I highly recommend.

The property was ideal as a base for our annual golf trip. We travel from Adel and Melb, so it’s convenient. The house was very clean and the gardens well manicured. The air conditioning worked a treat, and the hot water was strong and plentiful. The host was amazing, and very quick to respond and resolve a minor issue. The pool was an added bonus to soothe away the aches and pains after a gruelling day on the golf course. :) The test is always ’would we stay there again?’ We most certainly would.

Perfect!

We loved every bit of this stay. Check in was easy The house was very clean and perfectly comfortable. Plenty of room for our dog to have fun in the backyard. I spent most of the days in the private pool which i couldn't get enough of. Undercover area out the back is great for BBQ and dinner. Nice quiet road with surrounding vineyards. Our host Carol was so lovely, she gave us good recommendations for coffee and a farmers market nearby which was definitely worth going to.The only downside was leaving to go home.Will definitely return and I highly recommend.

Tranquility Awaits

This place is pure perfection! The photos don’t do it justice—lush green lawns, stunning gardens, a crystal-clear pool, and every detail thoughtfully included. From pantry staples to spare bedding, pool toys, sunscreen, and even shampoo, nothing is overlooked. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, the air conditioning is incredible, and the beds are unbelievably comfortable. Everything works seamlessly, and the hosts are beyond friendly and accommodating. Our dogs had the best time in the secure yard, and we can’t wait to return. An absolute gem!
