Looking for your dream getaway in Mildura? Our property sleeps 9 guests comfortably. We do however have a fold out sofa bed upstairs that can take an additional 2 small children if needed. We offer a modern two storey house with four large bedrooms, two separate living areas (one upstairs and one downstairs) and a spacious outdoor entertainment area. Being situated so close to the marina why wouldn’t you want space for your boat? We also offer the option of a mooring on the dockside marina. This marina has fuel available, and a public boat ramp located only 200mt from the marina, this enables you to leave your boat in for the day or you can leave it in for your entire stay, only taking out when you leave.

We understand that accidents do happen but if you do break something please let us know so it can be replaced before the next guests arrive.
Before you enquire, please note there are some strict booking conditions (any break of these conditions will result in guests being asked to leave immediately and no refund given):
• The maximum number of guests allowed on the property is 11 at any given time.
• There is a strict no party/noise policy in place.
• The mooring is only for use of those staying at the property - it cannot be used by other family and/or friends and all marina rules and regulations must be adhered to.
• STRICTLY - No pets are allowed at this property.
• WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HENS, BUCKS, SPORTING GROUPS, SCHOOLIES OR PARTY GROUPS. ADDITIONALLY WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE.
• PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTIES IF YOU FIT INTO ANY GROUP ABOVE.

• Three-night minimum stay for all bookings
• $1000 Security deposit for all bookings

Additional fees:
• If property is not left in a reasonable condition after use, additional cleaning fees will be charged.
• Loss of mooring key will result in a $200 replacement key fee.
