Watch the fantastic sunsets every night from the very private patio, living room and bedrooms. Our building is the only condo building in Puerto Vallarta where guests can snorkel onsite! Enjoy the breakwater-surrounded swimming area that’s sheltered from large waves and perfect for exploring. We are far from any rivers so the water is clear. Fodor’s Guide Book rates the area as the best water for swimming and snorkelling in the Bay of Banderas!

The condo has a 1500 square foot, bright & open, villa-like 2-floor layout. Located in the beautiful Conchas Chinas area - the “Beverly Hills” of Puerto Vallarta - it’s close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful.

The pool area is secluded and surrounded by lush greenery with a view of the water from the sun chairs. It even has it’s own palapa for those who’d prefer to relax in the shade under the grass hut. The building has it’s own sunbathing area on the water - or sit at the beach along the snorkelling area.

Enjoy your own kitchen with traditional Mexican tiles. Save money on restaurant meals and experience the serene beauty of Mexico outside of the hotel zone!

August through October is the storm season in Mexico when it is often hot and humid in the day and lightning storms at night, which you can watch from the balcony. The lagoon is often lovely to swim in, but we cannot control Mother Nature and it may be too wavy at times. Please use common sense when swimming in the ocean.
