We really enjoyed staying here. It had everything we needed from the game room, to the hot tub and kayaks. The house was very clean and in a peaceful area. We loved being able to get up in the morning and be right on the lake to spend our vacation.

The lake house

The house was perfect for us. The rooms were clean, and inside temperature was very comfortable for us. The house was spacious as well. The host was very welcoming and seems professional to me. There is a lot to do I. The surrounding area, and the house is very close to all of the major attractions. My family had a wonderful time in there. I would like to go there again in the future, and I would definitely recommend this house.

The host texted me a day prior to arrival and informed me that the hot tub was broken by previous tenants. The hot tub was the reason that I booked the high price vrbo. They stated that the hot tub was fixed prior to arrival but needed 24-30 hrs to cure. So I asked if we could use the hot tub the second day of our trip. The response was no so I'm assuming it has been broken. The grass out back was up to my knees. My son actually mowed the grass while I was shopping. The lake was amazing but definitely a bad pick for the price

We understand how disappointing it can be when an amenity you're looking forward to is unavailable. Prior to your arrival, we notified you of an unexpected hot tub repair and worked to obtain the necessary parts as quickly as possible; however, the repair could not be completed in time for use during your stay. We also appreciate you bringing the lawn condition to our attention. The property is maintained on a regular landscaping schedule, and we will continue working with our landscaping team to ensure the outdoor areas are well cared for. We will continue working to improve the guest experience.

Great place to enjoy. But needs some improvements!

The place is very nice, quiet neighborhood, it has a small lake and yachts to enjoy watching the sunrise, the bad thing about our stay was that the televisions did not work at the beginning, we rented the property for two nights, then almost the first night was spent fixing the problem and part of the next day, which was not our plans, in the end they said it was a wifi connection problem, the other problem was the Hot tub was dirty and we could not use it, the house manager was always in communication but did not solve the problems, at the entrance the house smelled bad, the potential amenities of the property are very good, but it needs more maintenance.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We apologize for the inconvenience with the TVs and WiFi during your stay. We’ve since changed the internet provider, and the connection is now working fine. We’ve also added two new smart TVs to enhance the guest experience- Regarding the hot tub, we understand your frustration. The water appeared dirty due to the cleaning solution used. Our new cleaningcrew used chlorine instead of bromine. In our area, water has high levelof iron, and so, a chemical reaction with iron and chlorine turned the water brown- We’re sorry to hear about the unpleasant smell at the entrance. This was our first week of renting, and we’ve since addressed this with our cleaning team to ensure a fresher welcome for future guestsThank you for your feedback as we work to improve the property. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better stay in the future!

Peaceful Stay

Our family had a great time at this property! The hot tub was great, the kids loved the game room and the kayaks. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house is a little dated but everything was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.
